The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for the procurement of network equipment with the accompanying management system and licences. The procurement must be seen in the context of comprehensive and mission critical IT infrastructure consisting of approx. 3,500 Cisco devices. The offered systems are therefore required to be fully compatible with the existing Cisco platform, in order to ensure stable operation, efficient management and maintenance of the current level of management, monitoring and security. The contracting authority would like to establish a good and long-term cooperation with a supplier who can deliver high quality equipment at competitive prices, as well as offer good service, maintenance and support throughout the entire contract period. Tenderers shall contribute to efficient operation, assist with disposal as needed and relieve the organisation, with the aim of high user satisfaction and realisation of gains in accordance with the company ́s needs.

Aug.OFA IKS invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for cleaning products with the accompanying services, as well as an option for robotic cleaning. The aim of the dialogue is to inform the market about the planned procurement and at the same time obtain input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that provides good total economy, relevant environmental requirements and appropriate contract mechanisms over time. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the price model, assortment, limitations between product categories, handling smaller and larger machines, as well as how robotic cleaning can best be offered as an option in the framework agreement. We would also like to get market assessments of requirements for transport, follow-up, training, support and development in the market. The dialogue meetings will be held as individual meetings with representatives from OFA IKS and up to three representatives from each supplier. The meetings can be held physically at OFA IKS, Kjøita 40 in Kristiansand, or digitally via Teams, for 60-90 minutes. The scope includes entering into a multi-year contract for the hire of software licences and licence subscriptions, as well as Software Asset Management (SAM) services. The SAM services include ongoing management and monitoring of the Norwegian Industrial Property Office ́s licence portfolio, including periodical reporting. The strategy emphasises user orientation, effective use of resources and further development of digital services and work processes. The aim is to deliver modern and available systems that support both internal needs and interaction with the industry and other collaboration partners. To support this work, the Norwegian Maritime Directorate has over time established a service orientated platform - the total architecture - which is central for efficient case handling and digital services. The joint management team is responsible for the further development, operation and error recovery of the case handling systems, the customer surfaces and the subsystems included in this platform. A large part of the team ́s portfolio shall, in the long term, be discontinued, whilst other parts shall be further developed and lifted to a cloud. The Contracting Authority (Sykehusinnkjøp HF) has carried out a market survey titled "Market Information: Nutrition Probes for Premature and Terminus Children", where the purpose was to identify possible alternative suppliers. The survey resulted in feedback from two tenderers who stated that they can deliver products that are initially comparable with the Contracting Authority ́s needs. Tenderers do not, however, have a complete assortment that covers the total need for the Customer. This can lead to an increased risk of improper use, with potential consequences for patient safety. The contracting authority deems this risk unacceptable. Based on the completed market survey and the assessment of patient safety and functional needs, the Contracting Authority has concluded that the alternative tenderers will not be able to cover the Contracting Authority's total need.Network Manager as a service

JuliGjøvik municipality, the Joint Unit Procurement, plans to hold a competition for broadband and communication systems services on behalf of Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land, Søndre Land and Gjøvik municipalities. The municipalities currently have a framework agreement for the hire of a communication system for the municipalities ́ locations, which expires 31.12.26. The new contract will result in changes to an ongoing contract.
