Gjøvik municipality, the Joint Unit Procurement, plans to hold a competition for broadband and communication systems services on behalf of Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land, Søndre Land and Gjøvik municipalities. The municipalities currently have a framework agreement for the hire of a communication system for the municipalities ́ locations, which expires 31.12.26. The new contract will result in changes to an ongoing contract. Relevant services to include can be hire of lines, based on black fibre, possibly hire of capacity as needed, network design, operation and security services, as well as an option to put away services connected to network operation of the municipalities ́ locations individually or together. We would, thus, like to get in touch with relevant tenderers before the competition is announced for one to one meetings. The aim of this market survey is to get a better understanding of the market and what can be delivered, and thereby input to a future tender documentation.

The aim of the dialogue is to get concrete input from the market and professional environments on the most important challenges we currently face in the climate survey and on the need for any adjustments. The climate survey annually maps the population and industry ́s knowledge, attitudes and behaviour connected to climate and climate measures. The survey has been carried out since 2017 and it is an important knowledge basis for communication, professional work and policy design. The survey is currently carried out as a quantitative survey, with the use of panel based data acquisition in the population part. Around 1,500 respondents are asked, via a web form by email. Population panels used throughout the ten years surveyed have been carried out, challenges connected to good enough representativeness in the younger age group (16-29 years) and among Oslo's population with an immigrant background. The business part is carried out as a separate survey, through email to companies in Oslo. The target is 600 respondents in organisations in Oslo with at least five employees, divided in the main categories service, trade and industry. The goal achievement has varied over the years and is this year located at 448 entities. The survey has been further developed over time, i.a. through adjustments in the method and question set-up, and it provides an important knowledge basis for the agency's work. The planned procurement concerns a fish egg sorting machine that uses an optical system for fish egg sorting. The machine must be suitable for sorting salmonid eggs, and it must be suitable for sorting dead fish eggs from viable/live fish eggs. The fish eggs to be processed have a diameter of approximately 4–8 millimetres. Helse Sør-Øst currently mainly delivers image data via CD/DVD and in some cases USB flash drives. This system is resource demanding for both patients and health trusts, involves challenges connected to physical distribution and information security, and is not in line with developments against digital disclosure of personal data. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority has pointed out that CD/DVD can no longer be seen as a "normal electronic form" in accordance with GDPR article 15 no. 3.
