Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is planning to procure a fish egg sorting machine for its research infrastructure in Taivalkoski. Luke’s aquaculture facility is located in Taivalkoski, and the fish egg sorting machine is being procured for the handling of live fish eggs, mostly salmonid eggs. The planned procurement concerns a fish egg sorting machine that uses an optical system for fish egg sorting. The machine must be suitable for sorting salmonid eggs, and it must be suitable for sorting dead fish eggs from viable/live fish eggs. The fish eggs to be processed have a diameter of approximately 4–8 millimetres. GENERAL Please note that this is a market consultation notice (hereafter "notice") and that this is not an invitation to tender. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The information provided in this notice does not bind Luke in any way. The aim is for the machine to be delivered to Luke by December 2026. Hansel Oy is acting as a consultant role in the procurement. MARKET DIALOGUE We will send a draft version of the call for tenders and its annexes to registered companies, approximately in August 2026. Registered companies are given the opportunity to comment on the draft version in writing. REGISTRATION Companies interested in participating in the market dialogue are invited to submit their contact details by email to [email protected] with the subject line “LUKE: Fish egg sorting machine”. The response should include the company name, VAT number, and the name and email address of the contact person. Responses should be submitted no later than 14th of August 2026.

Aug.Introduction The Agency for Urban Environment invites the supplier market to a market dialogue regarding the provision of alarm services and the accompanying to uncover 1) the supplier market and potential tenderers, and 2) systems offered to cover the need for alarm functions for the company's urban city service officers. The objective of the market dialogue is to obtain information on the market's systems, technological possibilities, service models and best practice before any competition notice. The dialogue shall contribute to ensuring that a future procurement is designed in a way that safeguards the company's needs, at the same time as facilitating competition and innovation. About the Entity The Agency for Urban Environment needs alarm services that support city officers on foot, on bicycles and in vehicles. The service shall contribute to: * Effective handling of alarms and events * Quick notification and coordination of city officers * Documentation and traceability * Increased security for employees, visitors and values · Efficient interaction either between the alarm centre and operative resources or internally between operative resources. The organisation would like to gain better insight into available systems and future development trends within alarm management. Background The entity is considering to procure alarm services that can include: * Reception and management of technical alarms * Assault alarms/safety alarms * Notification to city officers and other stand-by resources * Logging and reporting * Notification to security guards and other stand-by resources * Integrations with existing security and access systems The company would like information on how such services are currently provided in the market. Contract models * Which pricing models are used? * How are alarm reception, call-outs and additional services priced? * Which contract forms are recommended? Provisional needs description The organisation would like a description of which systems can be offered in general, but will present a provisional description of requirements where the points below will be focused. Descriptions of other offered systems are also encouraged to include. · Mobility in alarm units/systems that can be offered. This includes a description of the weight, design and fasteners. · Robustness and weather resistance. Describe how the proposed systems will tolerate Nordic conditions with a focus on humidity/rain/water and cold conditions. The company also requests certifications, industry standards that can be requested for proposed systems. · Operational duration for the battery for proposed systems as well as time spent on charging. · Coverage area. Describe what degree of coverage can be expected from proposed systems. The business part is carried out as a separate survey, through email to companies in Oslo. The target is 600 respondents in organisations in Oslo with at least five employees, divided in the main categories service, trade and industry. The goal achievement has varied over the years and is this year located at 448 entities. The survey has been further developed over time, i.a. through adjustments in the method and question set-up, and it provides an important knowledge basis for the agency's work.
