Helse Nord intends to enter into a framework agreement with Vygon Norway AS for nutritional probes and a medicine system with accessories for newborn children. The Contracting Authority (Sykehusinnkjøp HF) has carried out a market survey titled "Market Information: Nutrition Probes for Premature and Terminus Children", where the purpose was to identify possible alternative suppliers. The survey resulted in feedback from two tenderers who stated that they can deliver products that are initially comparable with the Contracting Authority ́s needs. Tenderers do not, however, have a complete assortment that covers the total need for the Customer. This can lead to an increased risk of improper use, with potential consequences for patient safety. The contracting authority deems this risk unacceptable. Based on the completed market survey and the assessment of patient safety and functional needs, the Contracting Authority has concluded that the alternative tenderers will not be able to cover the Contracting Authority's total need.

The procurement must be seen in the context of comprehensive and mission critical IT infrastructure consisting of approx. 3,500 Cisco devices. The offered systems are therefore required to be fully compatible with the existing Cisco platform, in order to ensure stable operation, efficient management and maintenance of the current level of management, monitoring and security. Aug.The contracting authority needs to ensure continuous access to standardised concrete products and granite edulators for daily maintenance, acute and planned improvements, and new installations of the municipal road network in Trondheim. Attention is relating to the fact that the procurement is only for purchases of goods. The setting down and accompanying contract work will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. The concrete products shall primarily be used for: Operation, maintenance and replacement of sand trap manholes. Replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions. Traffic safety measures, including securing site areas, roads and places when using physical barrier material (concrete pig/jersey stone). The granite products shall primarily be used for: Replacing and repairing damaged or worn ed edges along municipal roads, streets and open spaces. Establishment of edible stone and radius stone at alterations of road junctions, establishment of pavements, cycle paths and traffic islands. Both framework agreements are based on a combination of two delivery models: Delivery from tenderers (call-offs with delivery): The tenderer must have the capacity to transport and deliver products directly to Valøya or the stated construction sites within the municipality ́s borders. Collection at the tenderer (call-off with self-collection): In order to ensure efficient operation, the contracting authority must be able to collect products themselves with separate vehicles. It is therefore a requirement that the tenderer ́s delivery place/storage place must be located within a maximum driving distance of 1 hour from the contracting authority ́s main facility at Valøya.Toe pressure meters for Helse Førde Health Trust.
SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØJustification for award: Helse Førde Health Trust intends to procure one toe pressure meter for clinical use at the surgical department. A procurement contract will be signed with Perimed AB, as well as an accompanying framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables. The equipment shall be able to be used to map load distribution and pressure under the toes by both static and any dynamic load. The equipment will be a part of reviewing and following-up patients with circulation problems, including patients with diabetes, wounds, neuropathy, amputation levels and orthopaedic conditions in order to diagnose. On 12.06.2025 a market survey was published to map the market for toe pressure meters. The market survey was deadline 23.06.2025. One of the absolute requirements from the trade group was that the apparatus had to be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Based on the responses given, only Perimed AB could offer a toe pressure meter that met the requirement. Helse Førde needs equivalent equipment that Helse Bergen procured, and has set equivalent requirements that the apparatus must be able to measure down to 0 mmHg. Perimed AB is, according to what we know, the only supplier of toe pressure meters that together fulfils the need. Based on this, a competition cannot be held, cf. the procurement regulations §13-4 letter b, point 2.Framework agreement for drying and cleaning products.

The Norwegian Correctional Service is planning a procurement of bedding and textile products for its units. The procurement includes duvets, pillows, covers, sheets, towels and other textiles, both flame retardating and non-flame retardating execution, as well as some special requirements such as allergy-friendly assortment and target adapted curtains. The need is for the Norwegian Correctional Service units in all regions. This is a repurchase and the pending agreement will be obligatory for the included units. If the model is not considered suitable, we request concrete input on how the competition ought to be designed in order to ensure the best possible competition. At the same time it is important that the chosen system can be tested and followed-up during the contract period. See the attached price form. Price model: List prices shall be given for all of the tenderer's products within the product group milk and milk products, with the exception of butter and cheese.
