The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Contracting Authority ́s access to servers, storage products and network equipment of high quality, as well as necessary consultancy and associated services as needed. Tenderers shall be able to offer reliable systems with a long lifetime, adapted to the contracting authority ́s needs. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for replacement, expansion and new procurements of equipment in the contract period. Tenderers shall also offer a service contract.

Aug.Grimstad municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers for winter maintenance; snow ploughing, gritting and clearing snow and ice on municipal roads and open spaces, as well as setting out snow stakes. The framework agreement is divided into three parallel sub-contracts divided in accordance with machine types: tractors, small wheel loaders (4-8 tons) and large wheel loaders (8-16 tons). This notice concerns snow clearing areas of roads, as well as clearing areas for municipal purpose-built buildings. Tenderers shall not submit tender offers on specific routes, it is the contracting authority who will award the routes after the tender deadline has expired. The expected tenderers will have route maps distributed in a reasonable time before the snow clearing season. As the areas are dynamic and changes can occur, the routes will be divided according to a total assessment of the following criteria: the machine ́s suitability, efficient operations planning and cost-benefit connected to geographical location and costs of moving around. The contracting authority always aims to divide the sections so that they generate approx. as many hours. Changes must be expected in the routes, but will be agreed further per season. Tenderers must reckon on clearing areas within the entire municipality. During the agreement period there will be a need for occasional snow clearing in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs. Tenderers must therefore reckon on extra assignments beyond the routes. A previous route overview and a map of roads and institutions are attached together with the tender documentation (Annexes 1, 2 and 3). These are outdated and new areas are under revision. Tenderers must expect changes to the extent of individual routes. Bærum kommuneSANDVIKAFrist: 24. Aug.The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. The contract period is 4 (four) years from signing of the contract, unless referred to by the Contracting Authority.
