Die Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, nachfolgend Auftraggeberin - AG) beabsichtigt im Rahmen der In-Orbit-Demonstrationsmission RACCOON IOD (Robust And seCure post quantum COmmunication fOr critical iNfrastructure) die Beschaffung von Teilleistungen zur Realisierung des Projektes. Dabei werden während der Projektzeit innerhalb von 24 Monaten vier Kleinsatelliten (3U-Cubesats, 3 Flight-Models (FMs), 1 Flight-Spare (FS)) entwickelt, gebaut und sollen in den niedrigen Erdorbit gestartet werden. Danach folgt eine Missionszeit von 12 Monaten im Orbit. Zu Erreichung der Projektziele wird eine Dienstleistung ausgeschrieben, die zur Weiterent-wicklung einer Bodenstationssoftware und zur Beratung für das Missionskonzept und der Nutzlast dient. Die genauen Inhalte und technischen Mindestanforderungen werden in den nachfolgenden Losbeschreibungen definiert: - Los 1: Bodenstationssoftware - Los 2: Beratung Missionskonzept + Nutzlast / The Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority - CA) intends, within the scope of the in-orbit demonstration mission RACCOON IOD (Robust And seCure post quantum COmmunication fOr critical iNfrastructure), to procure partial services for the realization of the project. During a project period of 24 months, four small satellites (3U CubeSats, 3 flight models (FMs), 1 flight spare (FS)) will be developed and built and are intended to be launched into low Earth orbit. This will be followed by a mission phase of 12 months in orbit. To achieve the project objectives, a service contract is being tendered for the further development of a ground station software and for consultancy services related to the mission concept and the payload. The exact scope and minimum technical requirements are defined in the following lot descriptions: Lot 1: Ground station software Lot 2: Consultancy for mission concept + payload
