Clúid Housing AssociationDublinFrist: 29. JuliClúid Housing is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement with suitably competent and experienced work contractors for residential developments nationwide in excess of €50million. Clúid Housing’s objective is to create a great place to live for our residents and in doing so we strive to build high quality homes ‘that don’t cost the earth’. The Framework will be established for 4no. years. Contracts awarded within the Framework period may extend beyond the 4-year lifetime of the framework. The estimated value of the framework over the lifetime is €950million, however it is important to note that this is not a guaranteed spend. Clúid intend to invite the top 6 scoring applicants from the prequalification stage (Stage 1) to Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender), assuming that number meet the minimum qualification requirements. The framework will be established with the top 4no. scoring tenders following the competition for the initial contract. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender arising from the competition will be awarded the initial contract (further details on the initial contract will be available at Stage 2). In the event of a tie for fourth position, Clúid reserve the right to include the top 5 scoring tenderers in the framework. The successful framework members will be invited to tender for development opportunities via mini-tender. To promote early contractor engagement, competitive dialogue with negotiation will be used (with successive reduction of candidates). It is anticipated that contracts arising from this Framework will be concluded using PWCF2 Contractor Design and Build. Please refer to the Pre-Qualification documents published for the minimum mandatory technical, financial and economic capabilities required.Ballycoolin Bus Depot Design and Build
National Transport Authority_1149DublinFrist: 28. Aug.To assist the NTA in the delivery of its Bus depot programme, it has been agreed that the Ballycoolin Bus Depot Project Design and Build Contract (the Project) will be procured by the National Transport Authority with AECOM acting as Employer's Representative and technical advisor to the NTA. BusConnects Dublin is a central component of the NTA Transport Strategy for the Greater Dublin Area which will reshape the city's public transportation landscape. Aligned with the Government's agenda to decarbonise the economy, the focus on electrifying the transport network is central to this strategy. This vision includes a substantial increase in the number of electrified buses within the fleet to facilitate expanded routes and heightened service frequencies. However, the current depot network in Dublin West is constrained and unable to accommodate these additional buses. As demand increases, expectations for continued growth and service reconfigurations place further pressure on the existing bus depot network, particularly as suburban population growth accelerates. The Ballycoolin depot will support this expansion by providing dedicated facilities for EV maintenance and charging while also providing onsite accommodation for operational and administrative staff. This integrated approach not only strengthens Dublin's public transport infrastructure but also supports sustainability objectives and the electrification of the transport system. Project Summary The Ballycoolin Bus Depot is a facility for electric buses and includes a comprehensive range of features designed to optimise public transport service delivery. The depot will accommodate: -Capacity for approximately 180 buses, with the current design accommodating 176 buses. -Administrative offices including an atrium entrance with a total floor area of approximately 2,520 square metres. -vehicle washing and cleaning building of approximately 1,120 square metres. -Major and minor repairs and maintenance bays, workshops and stores with a combined floor area of approximately 2,680 square metres. -Gate, entrance and security facilities.20 21Vehicle inspection bays and associated facilities with a floor area of approximately 510 square metres. -An electrical substation compound of approximately 2,700 square metres. -Seven transformer buildings of approximately 60 square metres each. -Car parking facilities including approximately 57 standard parking spaces, three accessible spaces, six motorcycle spaces and six electric vehicle spaces, with a total area of approximately 1,700 square metres. -Cycle parking facilities of approximately 24 square metres. -All associated ancillary works required for the delivery and operation of the facility.Supply and sustainment of gap-filler radars and associated equipment
Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics OrganisationBallerupDenmark has established a Coastal Radar Surveillance System (in the following referred to as “KYRA”) for Maritime Surface Surveillance. As Denmark is implementing a number of windmill projects at sea it is necessary to supplement KYRA with a number of “gap-filler” radars to compensate for the influence from the windmills. This means that the gap-filler radars must be able to detect the same objects as the radars in service in KYRA. The gap-filler radars must be able to operate uninterrupted under severe weather conditions offered at the locations of the windmill installations at sea within the Danish waters, including but not limited to the North Sea, Kattegat and the Baltic Sea. DALO intends to use the Products, Spare Parts and Services of the Agreement to compensate for the negative influence that the current and future windmill projects will have on KYRA. This means that the Agreement will be used individually for each windmill project. Previous modification: Offshore installation and training for offshore installationswas not included in the originalt tender, hence the need to include in order to install gap-filler radars at wind farms located offshore. New modification: in order for the gap-filler radars to fit to a specific wind farm, different sprareparts and works has turned out to be needed including an on-site installation visit.TUS Supply Delivery Installation and Commissioning of a Food Truck/Catering Trailer
