The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites contractors and suppliers to a market meeting 20 October 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Quality Airport Hotel Stavanger. Register via KGV by 30.09.2026 with information on how many participants from the contractor/consultant, their position and contact information (Name, email). The aim of the project E39 Smiene – Harestad is to build a new four-lane road that connects the E39 Rogfast tunnels with the existing E39 at Smiene (north of the Eiganes tunnel) and thereby contribute to a continuous four-lane and high standard road from Sandnes to Bokn. E39 Smiene-Harestad, includes i.a.: • 4.7 km of open air four lane roads, • Connection to the Smiene junction • New two-level crossings o Tasta junction o Finnestad junction and o Harestad junction • Three bridges of 98 m, 90m and 24m respectively. • Foot and cycle path • 400m Environment culvert • and related technical installations. The E39 Smiene-Harestad shall open at the same time as the E39 Rogfast. The project, together with E39 Rogfast, will be able to connect Western Norway in a new way. Western Norway and Norway are in an increasingly tough national and international competition situation for people and resources. E39 Smiene-Harestad together with E39 Rogfast will open to greater synergy, freedom and expanded living and labour market area for the population. This can contribute to increased business growth in the area. The project notice is expected to be published in 2027. One-to-one meetings can be held for a period after the market meeting.

Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIMThe Norwegian Public Roads Administration Development invites tenderers, on behalf of Trondheim municipality, to a competition with negotiations for the following contract work: K1 Road Works Brundalsforbindelsen is an environmental package project in Trondheim municipality, regulated in area development for Øvre Rotvoll, approved by the city council 20 May 2021 (case 90/21). A complete certificate must be established before the development at Øvre Rotvoll can be given. The objective of the plan is to facilitate a good and dense residential area with meeting places, function mixing and public services. The plan opens for approx. 1,500 residences, one local centre, two nurseries and sports facilities including a district pool. The Brundal connection, blue-green structures, cultural monuments and central elements of the cultural landscape are also included in the plan. The project includes an approx. 40 m long foot and cycle bridge. It is a significant volume of concrete walls. There is a significant amount of water and sewage work that shall be carried out in this contract and Trondheim municipality ́s water and sewage norms are followed here. There is also considerable district heating work that shall be carried out and coordinated with Statkraft varmes ́s contractor. A waste suction facility shall be established for a future new development where main routes are laid in streets. There will also be significant electrical works as well as safeguarding existing cables and new installations for streets and future houses, where the work will be carried out in co-operation with Tensio.EST Constr - Letterkenny University Hospital, Co. The contractor will be responsible for the installation of associated boiler plant including pressurisation equipment, Heat exchangers, circulating pumps, valves, pipework and insulation. A free standing flue installed adjacent the Boiler house will be adjusted for the new Boiler plant. The boiler house will be extensively renovated to accommodate the proposed new boiler plant and equipment. Electrical Works include replacement cabling, local isolators for boiler plant, emergency lighting and fire alarm works. The BMS in the boiler house is to be updated and new boiler house panels are to be installed. The works require phasing of shutdowns of old equipment and changeovers to new equipment. The extent of the work is mainly the closure of the recommended measures after the main geological inspection. The measures will mainly include; Rock protection in the form of rock and rock clearing, pigging and securing with shotcrete, as well as mounting bolts, handling any saws. Demolition of old water/frost protection (PE foam) with associated fastening material. Establishment of new water/frost protection and fire protection.
