Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. You only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period. The upgrade is active immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
The minimum term is one year, with monthly payments possible. After the minimum term, cancellation is possible at any time.
Is there a free version?
Yes, forever and with no credit card. Starter lets you search every tender, run one search profile and open 5 documents a month. AI credits are available as a one-off pack when you need them. Paid plans come with a 30-day free trial.
What happens to my data when downgrading?
Your data is preserved. Features outside your new plan are deactivated but not deleted.
How does billing work for teams?
One invoice per company. Users can be added or removed at any time; every extra seat is EUR 29/month.
Are there discounts for startups or NGOs?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save up to 20% compared to monthly billing.
How many tenders can I view per day?
Every plan gives you unlimited access to all tenders, including the free Starter plan. Plans differ only in documents, AI credits and seats, not in features.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is processed and stored in the EU. We are fully GDPR compliant and use European data centers exclusively.
How does Auftrag One differ from DTAD or Vergabepilot?
Auftrag One uses semantic matching instead of keyword filters. Define your search profile once, and we find tenders across synonyms, industry terms, and 331 specialist topics - even when the contracting authority describes the work differently from your search terms.
Which tender platforms are covered?
Federal (service.bund.de, evergabe-online.de), all 16 state portals, TED (EU-wide), and the main commercial platforms like DTVP, subreport, and AI Vergabemanager. Over 200 sources in total, updated daily.
How quickly are new tenders available?
Depending on the source, new tenders appear in your inbox within 15 minutes to 4 hours of publication - including automatic scoring against your search profile.
Can I search using CPV codes?
CPV codes are in the data, but they are not a filter we rely on: contracting authorities often assign them imprecisely or not at all. Auftrag One instead assigns every tender one of 331 topics, so you still find relevant work when the CPV code is a poor fit.
Is there an API and an AI assistant?
AI assistants (MCP) are included on every plan, including the free Starter: Claude or ChatGPT work directly with your tenders. The REST API and webhooks for syncing into your CRM or sales database are available from Business upwards.
What happens when I run out of documents or AI credits?
You buy a pack, one-off and without a subscription: 50 documents for EUR 25, or 500 AI credits for EUR 49. No upgrade required, and unused packs do not expire at the end of the month.
