Ausschreibungsbeschreibung
Upgrade of a small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) with Metal Jet source and a wide-angle detector - The first upgrade is installation of additional, stronger (higher flux) source in order to allow for high resolution small-angle measurements, in order to elucidate unambiguously determine structure of nanoparticle assemblies. The second upgrade is with additional wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) detector in order to allow, in combination with current detector, for simultaneous measurement of short-range (atomic level) and long-range order.

Universiteit TwenteEnschedeFrist: 21. Aug.The University of Twente is tendering to purchase an Electron Beam Lithography system. The MESA+ Institute of the University of Twente will invest in a new Electron Beam system (e-beam system). A system, suitable for defining patterns in electron sensitive resists, at high resolution and high speed, compatible with a wide range of applications and substrate types up to 200mm in diameter. The system will be used by a wide range of users, i.e. academic researchers and students as well as industrial engineers with different backgrounds (photonics, (nano)-electronics etc.) and different levels of expertise.European Tender Electron Beam Lithography system

The European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy ('Fusion for Energy')BarcelonaThe scope of this framework contract includes: manufacture to build-to-print specifications of components and assemblies; supply of COTS or customized items to functional specifications; factory acceptance testing; cleaning, packing and shipping for the following ITER diagnostics and subsystems: equatorial visible/IR wide-angle viewing system (WAVS); collective Thomson scattering system (CTS); vacuum vessel electrical feedthroughs; and bolometer installation templates.Purchase of custom-made gamma spectrometer
Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTUKgs. LyngbyTechnical University of Denmark (DTU Physics) wishes to procure a complete high-purity germanium (HPGe) gamma spectrometry system for ultra-low-background gamma-ray spectrometry for samples in a stick geometry. The system will be used for high-sensitivity measurements of environmental, ge-ological and archaeological samples, with particular emphasis on the determination of natural radionu-clides in small-volume samples. The system will replace an existing instrument that has reached the end of its operational lifetime and is required to maintain the department's research capabilities in gamma spectrometry. The procurement includes an HPGe well detector, digital spectroscopy elec-tronics, data acquisition and analysis software ideally compatible with the existing gamma spectros-copy systems in the laboratory. The required system must provide a specialised HPGe well detector with ultra-low-background con-struction and a well geometry suitable for high-efficiency measurements of very small samples pre-pared in a defined stick geometry. These characteristics are essential for the research applications carried out at DTU Physics and cannot be substituted by a conventional coaxial HPGe detector. In addition, the detector must integrate with the laboratory's existing measurement infrastructure and data analysis workflows to ensure continuity of ongoing research activities. The proposed detector, manufactured by Mirion Technologies and supplied through a distributor, fulfils these technical re-quirements. Based on our technical assessment, this solution is considered the only technically suit-able option, and the contract is therefore awarded pursuant to § 80, stk. 3, nr. 2 (lack of competition for technical reasons).EU contract award notice / Hyperspectral measurement system
Finnish Defence Forces Logistics CommandTampereEU contract award notice / Hyperspectral measurement system The purpose of the system is to execute hyperspectral measurements. The system shall include all the necessary equipment for the measurements, excluding power generator. The measurements are executed outdoors at ground level without any artificial illumination. The hyperspectral measurement system shall enable daytime measurements in Finland during spring, summer and autumn. The spectral range of the measurements shall be from 400 to 2500 nm. The required measuring distances are 20 meters and 200 meters. Two hyperspectral cameras shall be included with two different optics for both cameras.Prior Information Notice – RF Measurement System for On-Wafer Characterisation
Ferdinand-Braun-Institut gGmbH, Leibniz-Institut für HöchstfrequenztechnikBerlinFrist: 12. JuliThe Ferdinand-Braun-Institut (FBH) plans to procure a high-frequency RF measurement system for on-wafer characterisation within the framework of the EU-funded APECS programme. The system will be used for the electrical characterisation of semiconductor devices, circuits and demonstrators, including single-ended and differential measurements in the mmWave frequency range. It is intended to support advanced heterointegration processes and ensure reliable and high-quality measurement results. The equipment shall enable automated, high-precision measurements and provide a versatile platform for RF analysis, including network and spectrum measurements. It will be integrated into existing cleanroom and measurement environments. The procurement procedure is planned for 2026.Nuclear physics detectors
European Commission, DG GROW - Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEsBrusselsFrist: 05. Aug.The Radionuclide laboratories located at the premises of JRC-Geel have a long tradition of more than 57 years. The laboratories are equipped with a variety of instruments, in order to perform measurements of a large number of radionuclides in samples as diversified as reference materials, solutions for standardisation, determination of nuclear decay data and environmental samples. Among the instruments for secondary standardization of radioactivity and radiological characterisation, some of the HPGe Gamma-Ray Spectrometers will need to be replaced in the coming years. Tender consists of: 1.1 Coaxial HPGe 1.2 Small Broad energy range HPGe 1.3 Large Broad energy range HPGe 1.4 Ultra-low energy germanium detectors 1.5 MaintenanceAcquisition of a Parallel Reactor
Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTUKgs. LyngbyFrist: 03. Sept.DTU Chemistry at the Technical University of Denmark is looking to invest in a parallel-screening reactor for testing relatively small amounts of heterogeneous catalysts under industrially relevant conditions, including high temperature and pressure. The parallel reactors should operate under identical conditions and generate reproducible data for a comparative evaluation of catalysts under a wide range of conditions and for multiple applications related to C1-chemistry. The reactor setup should be equipped with an integrated GC to quantify the reaction products. The requirements are described in Appendix 1 - Requirement Specifications.Events Organisation and Meeting Management services
European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA)AthensFrist: 17. Sept. This call for tenders is being launched as an interagency procurement, under the lead of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (lead contracting authority) with the participation of ECCC (participating entity) hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Contracting Authority”. By means of this Call for Tenders the Contracting Authority seeks to conclude a single framework contract with a qualified economic operator able to provide a wide range of services to both Agencies in order to support events organisation and meeting management.
