DTU Chemistry at the Technical University of Denmark is looking to invest in a parallel-screening reactor for testing relatively small amounts of heterogeneous catalysts under industrially relevant conditions, including high temperature and pressure. The parallel reactors should operate under identical conditions and generate reproducible data for a comparative evaluation of catalysts under a wide range of conditions and for multiple applications related to C1-chemistry. The reactor setup should be equipped with an integrated GC to quantify the reaction products. The requirements are described in Appendix 1 - Requirement Specifications.

The primary purpose of the equipment is to measure thermal decomposition behaviour, mass loss profiles, ash-related behaviour, and combustion characteristics of solid fuel samples under controlled atmospheres. The equipment will support research, method development, and future accredited testing activity associated with solid fuel assessment and emissions-related investigations.
