The European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy ('Fusion for Energy')BarcelonaThe scope of this framework contract includes: manufacture to build-to-print specifications of components and assemblies; supply of COTS or customized items to functional specifications; factory acceptance testing; cleaning, packing and shipping for the following ITER diagnostics and subsystems: equatorial visible/IR wide-angle viewing system (WAVS); collective Thomson scattering system (CTS); vacuum vessel electrical feedthroughs; and bolometer installation templates.Tender for the supply, delivery, and support of Present Weather Sensors, spares and ancillaries.
Met EireannDublin 9Met Éireann maintains a national infrastructure of instrumentation for monitoring meteorological and environmental observations and measurements. Many of these are at unmanned locations and are referred to as Automatic Weather Stations (AWS), where the data is processed for inclusion into synoptic code by data loggers. Visibility and present weather observations form part of this remit and specialist sensors are used for the detection, identification and measurement of the relevant parameters. Instruments incorporating some or all of these sensors are referred to as Present Weather Sensors (PWS) and will be referred to “PWS” in this and any associated documentation. As many of these PSWs have reached their anticipated end of service life, Met Éireann is proposing to buy replacement and additional instruments, through this RFT, in addition to procuring ancillaries, spares, training and support.UNHCR RFQ 3440 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF YDOC DATA LOGGERS, SENSORS, ACCESSORIES, AND ESSENTIAL MEASURING TOOLS

UNDP OFFICE Sierra Leone PROCUREMENT UNITTraining & Coaching of Regulatory Inspectors for WHO Good Manufacturing Practices on Sterile Pharmaceuticals
WHODjiboutiFrist: 28. Aug.National regulatory authorities and ministries of health increasingly require inspectors who can assess sterile pharmaceutical products, vaccines, biotechnology products and other biologicals using a risk-based and evidence-led approach. Sterile manufacturing is a high-risk area because weaknesses in contamination control, aseptic processing, environmental monitoring, sterilization, utilities, data integrity, investigations or CAPA may have direct implications for patient safety and product quality. The underlying concept note recommends a staged, competency-based pathway consisting of self-paced online learning, instructor-led interactive core online course with substantial practical work, and three to six months of regular online mentored follow-up during which 5-working-day in-country training and coached mock inspection led by instructors in two targeted countries including Mongolia and Lao PDR. The course should be grounded primarily in WHO GMP main principles, WHO GMP for sterile pharmaceutical products, WHO GMP for biological products, WHO guidance on quality risk management, validation, water for pharmaceutical use, data integrity, inspection reporting, desk assessment, reliance and inspectorate quality management. The overall objective is to design, develop, deliver and evaluate a practical, competency-based WHO GMP Sterile Manufacturing Inspector Training Course that enables participating inspectors to contribute safely and effectively to supervised GMP inspections of sterile medicines and biological products, and to progress toward independent competence through post-course mentoring and documented practice. Instructions for Submission of Proposals: Submit proposals no later than 28 August 2026, 5:00 PM (UTC+8). Proposals should be submitted through the WHO e-Tendering Platform (In-Tend). European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA)BilbaoIn 2024 EU-OSHA ran the fourth European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER 2024) with the aim of providing nationally comparable information on how workplaces across Europe manage health and safety. Substantial analyses of the results of the three previous waves of ESENER, carried out in 2009, 2014 and 2019, have provided a valuable insight into how occupational safety and health (OSH) is managed in practice across Europe; what the main drivers and barriers are; how stress, violence and harassment are managed; the use of digital technologies and its impact on the health and safety of employees ; and how employees are involved. ESENER 2024 has maintained the methodological changes implemented back in 2014 and the questionnaires since then are largely the same too, which enables trend analyses. In each of the three previous waves of ESENER, EU-OSHA published an Overview report of the findings , showing the main results by country, activity sector and size class for the four sections of the survey: OSH management, Psychosocial risk management, Drivers and barriers to OSH, and Worker participation. This call for tender invites bids for the development of an in-depth analysis of the ESENER 2024 findings, including a comparison with those of ESENER 2014 and 2019, that will lead to an Overview Report.PANDORA - Detailed design and manufacturing of Open Fan Wind Tunnel Mode Test Article
Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. (DLR) - OberpfaffenhofenWeßlingFrist: 14. Sept. The objective of this activity is to carry out the detailed design and manufacturing of a subassembly for the EU-Horizon 2050 funded project PANDORA (OPEN FAN VALIDATION FOR CARBON-FREE AIRCRAFTS | PANDORA | Projekt | Informationsblatt | HORIZON | CORDIS | Europäische Kommission) Open Fan Wind Tunnel Mode Test Article, whose preliminary design has been carried out by the PANDORA consortium. The status of the design is deemed to be mature enough to proceed to the detailed design phase. The preliminary aerodynamic shape of the rotor is frozen but during the detailed design phase interactions with the subcontractor are expected to ease the detailed mechanical design alleviating stress concentration in selected features of the rotor to maximise rotor life. The rig is expected to operate in two different facilities. The first installation is a low-speed wind tunnel operating at atmospheric conditions. Maximum Mach number is expected to be around 0.25. The second facility is a high-speed wind tunnel opera ng at sub-ambient conditions and a maximum Mach number of around 0.8 The expected outer and inner radii of the rotor are approximately 300 mm and 100 mm, respectively, and thus the blade height is approximately 200 mm. The number of rotor blades has been fixed to 12. The es mated maximum speed is about 7,700 rpm. The rotor is expected to feature a variable pitch mechanism that will be manually actuated at rest. The subcontractor, as responsible of all the rotating parts, will also design and manufacture a device to measure the pitch setting of all the blades before the rig opera on. The contractor will not use Level 2 subcontractors for critical components (most notably the Rotating Sha Balance), but will only utilize subcontractors for small parts or accessories. In the event of any doubts, the contractor will submit proposals in the ROM. DLR will request on-site support to operate the Rotating Shaft Balance during three weeks of testing. In summary, the objective of thQuotation on a Framework Contract Basis for the Hire of a Cherry-Picker with Operator to the Public Works Department
Ministry for Transport Infrastructure and Public WorksFlorianaThe purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is the hire of one (1) cherry-picker including operator on an “if and when required” basis to the Public Works Department. The time-limits for the framework contract shall be of twenty-four (24) months, which may be extended at the same rates, terms and conditions, for a further six (6) months (or part of) at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
