The contract is part of the IOM’s project (2024-2025) “Regular Pathways Secretariat and Flagship Initiatives” which aims to unlock the emerging opportunities to foster regular, orderly and safe migration. This work is to be conducted under the overall guidance of IOM Labour Mobility Division’s Regional Thematic Units (RTUs) covering West and Central Africa, with the support of RTUs in East, Horn and Southern Africa and Europe and Central Asia, in coordination with IOM relevant country offices in targeted lusophone countries. Progress will be followed bi-weekly with relevant teams to ensure the completion of outputs and addressing bottlenecks in a timely manner. Ad hoc and regular communication is also expected with the lead Regional Thematic team covering West and Central Africa.

The wellness room and Sensory Pod are positioned as vital resources for relaxation, sensory regulation, and overall quality of life for a broad spectrum of users. Stress Relief and Relaxation: The room provides a calming environment for relaxation, stress relief, and decompression, addressing both everyday pressures and specific health needs. Inclusivity and Accessibility: The wellness room is intended as a 24/7 accessible space for all community members, especially those with sensory issues, ensuring support across all ages and needs. Multi-Age Support: It is designed to benefit everyone—from young children and teenagers to older adults, including those with dementia. The successful supplier will deliver a safe, durable, and engaging environment that promotes relaxation, stimulation, and therapeutic intervention. The installation will be located in an existing room (dimensions approx. 2600mm x4000mm within the Dromore West Community centre. There will be a requirement for the installation to be dynamic, engaging and educational, highlighting the Armada using modern audiovisual technology. As a separate part of this project, the room will be upgraded and modernised, to facilitate the installation of the audiovisual experience. In advance of the submission of a proposal, interested qualified parties are invited to visit the Dromore West Community Centre to view the premises and facilities at first hand. There is growing acknowledgement amongst policymakers that narrow macroeconomic measures like GDP do not capture the full range of citizens’ lived experiences. Sept.The Collaboration Project Sustainable Sick Leave (BS) is a part of AID ́s work on following-up the Contract for reduced sick leave and loss from working life (the IA agreement). The collaboration project is anchored in the national budget (Chapter 601, item 75 Enclosed for effective sick leave) and annual awards from AID to the Norwegian Medical Association. The contracting authority would like, with the procurement, to implement an evaluation project that shall be both directed towards mapping the effects/results of the initiatives in the collaboration project BS, at the same time as it is relevant to map and assess the efforts and activities in the cooperation project. Reporting along the way shall contribute to adjusting the measures. The procurement is related to work with following-up sick leave and particularly the interaction between the gp and patient. The collaboration project shall strengthen the GP's role in sick leave work and increase health competence of the population. The project involves implementing initiatives aimed at both general practitioners and patients. The measure includes both awareness raising and training measures aimed at their gp about their sick leave practice and measures to increase patients' awareness and understanding of sick leave. The aim is that cooperation between doctor and patient on sick leave shall be better, and thus contribute to fewer, shorter and better adapted sick leave, including increased use of graded sick leave. There is a need for knowledge that maps the activities in the collaboration project, on the initiatives will be assessed as relevant in the consultation with the sick leavers, whether the measures have an effect on their gp's sick leave practice and if their GP finds that cooperation with registered sick leave, employer, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration has improved and their role and responsibilities in follow-up sick leave has become clearer. There is also a need for knowledge on the collaboration project has contributed to reduced sick leave. The collaboration project is a development project where feedback can be given during the process (evaluation of the process). Based on acquired knowledge on and dialogue with the collaboration project, there is a need to procedural assistance with assessing whether the cooperation project should adjust to the approaches and the activities in the project. Sept.Innovation Norway wants to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of economic analysis and statistics in order to prepare the annual estimates for the effect indicators in Innovation Norway ́s target and performance management system (MRS). The estimates will be published in the annual report to Innovasjon Norge ́s owners and contracting authorities. The procurement shall cover Innovation Norway ́s need to prepare annual estimates for specified effect indicators in Innovasjon Norge's target and performance management system (MRS), as well as further development of methods and use of the estimates. See Annex 1 Goal and Result Management System, Innovation Norway dated 14 March 2013. The MRS system ́s effect indicators were operationalised by Statistics Norway (SSB) in 2014-2015.[2] The cooperation with Statistics Norway was concluded in 2018. Since 2018, Socio-economic analysis AS and now Oslo Economics AS have been suppliers. It is important to have independent assessments of the effects of the services of business. There is a need for assistance from an independent, competent professional environment with research competence. The aim of the effect analyses is to try to measure the socio-economic effect based on registry data and quasi-experimental design, in line with the Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) guidelines for performance management and performance management. Matched Difference-in-Differences (MDiD) has been used in the annual reports since 2015. SSB developed the analysis setup in STATA in 2015. Socio-economic analysis AS and Oslo Economics AS have used this set-up and the new supplier will get it from Oslo Economics AS. It will be possible to publish results from the project. Such publication cannot, however, contain information that is confidential in accordance with the Act on Innovation Norway §27 and the attached confidentiality statement.
