Bærum kommuneSANDVIKAFrist: 26. Aug.The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The objective of the procurement is to ensure the municipality predictable access to external assistance for work in municipal buildings and on technical installations. The framework agreement shall contribute to the necessary work being carried out with the correct capacity, availability and quality and at the same time give the municipality flexibility in connection with work stoppages, absence and operational critical situations. The procurement shall also cover the municipality ́s need for electro material, both as a part of the service delivery and for separate procurements when appropriate. The framework agreement shall cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for electrical services, including work that, due to regulatory or capacity reasons, cannot be carried out itself. The contract shall contribute to reliable, efficient and safe operation, maintenance and development of the municipality ́s buildings, sites and technical installations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the municipality continued access to the necessary external capacity and competence for service, repairs, maintenance and management of acute events in the municipality ́s buildings and technical installations. The municipality has its own plumbers that cover parts of the current need. The self-region does not, however, cover the entire need, and the framework agreement shall therefore be a supplementary means to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and security of delivery. The procurement shall contribute to a practical and predictable model for ordering and following up assignments. There is a need for a system that safeguards both smaller ongoing assignments and major planned work. At the same time it is important to have a quick response with rush assignments and good access to the necessary material. The procurement shall therefore facilitate efficient execution, clear call-off routines and good interaction between the municipality and the suppliers. Estimated value and extent The estimated value of the framework agreement is based on historical consumption as well as the contracting authority ́s expected need in the contract period. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the contracting authority to make procurements for a specific extent or a specific value under the framework agreement. The actual extent can deviate significantly from the estimate due to, among other things, political priorities and grants, changed needs, implementation of investment projects, as well as acute events and unforeseen conditions.
