Diverse Objektive und Filter Cubes für Spinning disk MikroskopProcurement of Scanning Electron Microscope for Forsvarets laboratorietjenester (FOLAT) / Procurement of a Scanning Electron Microscope for The Norwegian Armed Forces Laboratory Services (FOLAT).
ForsvarsmateriellOSLODeadline: Oct 09The procurement consists of one procurement of goods and an annual service contract. The Norwegian Defence Laboratory Service (FOLAT) intends to procure a new Scanning Electron Microscope microscope microscope microscope for use in support of, among other things, "chip-warning" and damage/breakdown analyses on the Norwegian Armed Forces material systems within a wide range of assignments. In addition there is a need for an annual service contract for the material, including parts replacement. The extension of a service agreement beyond the material ́s expected lifetime (10 years) is included as a part of the contract.26/00896 Cell microscope
HavforskningsinstituttetBERGENThis competition is for the procurement of an inverted microscope that can run routine analyses of cultivated cells. This particularly applies to automatic counting of cells, the proportion of dead cells and morphological changes of cells. An inverted microscope is therefore necessary. There will be many users of the instrument, with different uses and expertise. It is important that the user interface is educational and that the system has KI functions that facilitate the analyses. It is also important that larger objects such as fish larvae (up to 2.5 cm) can be analysed, as well as histological slides. Therefore, we need to have connectivity options to the extra colour camera. We plan to replace the current confocal scanner for use on this instrument at a later date.Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)

Helse Sør-Øst RHFHAMARSix microscopes shall be procured of the correct standard of the variant. The microscopes shall be used for direct microscopy of different sample materials for septic, microscopy of positive blood cultures, and microscopy of bacteria/soppisolates from different cultivation media (as a part of identifying microbes), as well as for quality assurance of chromosomal preparations, at the Department of Medical Genetics (AMG) and the Department of Microbiology (MIK). The procurement includes an option for a suitable camera with any software, which can be used together with the microscope, as well as an option for a system so that several users can simultaneously assess a preparation. In addition we would like an option for 5 microscopes equivalent to the main delivery.LA3405C UoG RFT for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of an Automated Benchtop Microscope

Rijksuniversiteit GroningenGroningenDeadline: Jul 30Introduction Within the University of Groningen (UG), at the Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy, the Pharmaceutical Analysis Group studies cell behaviour and nanoparticle dynamics in physiologically relevant microenvironments, with a particular focus on microfluidic devices and hydrogel-based platforms. A central aspect of this research is the ability to engineer precisely defined biochemical and physical microenvironments at the sub-micron scale, and to observe how cells and particles respond to these environments over time. To address the research questions arising in this context, an advanced inverted fluorescence microscope is required, capable of supporting both high-precision imaging and laser patterning of microenvironments, long-term live imaging of dim fluorescent samples across extended timescales of 24 hours or more, and real-time closed-loop experiment control, where imaging data must be processed and acted upon during acquisition rather than after the fact. To enable sub-micron laser photopatterning, the microscope must support stable and validated integration with the Alveole Primo2 system, a laser-based photopatterning module which will be available in the group. Together, these requirements place stringent demands on the optical performance, mechanical stability, and computational capabilities of the microscope. Please see the market consultation document for further information.Fast 3D live cell imaging microscope
