Six microscopes shall be procured of the correct standard of the variant. The microscopes shall be used for direct microscopy of different sample materials for septic, microscopy of positive blood cultures, and microscopy of bacteria/soppisolates from different cultivation media (as a part of identifying microbes), as well as for quality assurance of chromosomal preparations, at the Department of Medical Genetics (AMG) and the Department of Microbiology (MIK). The procurement includes an option for a suitable camera with any software, which can be used together with the microscope, as well as an option for a system so that several users can simultaneously assess a preparation. In addition we would like an option for 5 microscopes equivalent to the main delivery.
