2 microtither plate readers shall be procured on behalf of the Department for Microbiology (MIK) and the Department of Pharmacology (FAR) at the Clinic for Laboratory medicine (KLM) at Oslo University Hospital HF, for the Life Science Building. The pharmacological department shall use the plate reader for measuring haemoglobin in haemolysis from blood samples, for the analysis of various components in different biological materials, such as plasma, serum and blood light, based on ELISA methods, for enzyme kinetics assays and for DNA quantities.
