The system shall therefore be flexible and scaleable for the municipality. This implies, among other things, that the Customer: * Can apply the solution to contract areas that are particularly vulnerable in relation to working life crime and social dumping, both now and in the future. * May cooperate with other public authorities in following-up work crime and social dumping. * Can see to other needs closely related to this type of follow-up. The system shall be built for high accessibility, safeguarding privacy as well as supporting automated data processing in real time where possible, so that the Customer can safeguard their responsibility in an efficient and secure manner. At the same time, the system should be user friendly with a low response time, simple navigation and work flow, limited risk for error registrations, as well as flexible for comparing and visualising relevant data. Statens innkjøpssenter v/DFØOsloDeadline: Aug 06The Norwegian Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for the provision of services related to the case and archive system. DFØ is the government ́s trade body for financial management, good decision basis for government initiatives, organisation and management in the state, as well as procurements in the public sector and administration of the government ́s joint procurement agreements. The company also provides joint services within wages and accounts, as well as employer support to government entities. DFØ has overall responsibility for development within its disciplines. The objective of the procurement is to cover DFØ ́s need for a future orientated system for case handling and archiving. The current system is based on Acos WebSak as a locally installed (on-premise) system operated by DFØ.
