The objective of this assignment is to provide high-quality, evidence-based technical inputs to support the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities and the consulting firm appointed by MTWA in the preparation of the Uganda Tourism Development Master Plan 2027–2042. The assignment will generate targeted assessments, inventories, spatial analysis, institutional capacity recommendations, tourism product development plans and specialist technical inputs that strengthen the evidence base and practical orientation of the Master Plan and support the identification and prioritisation of interventions, investments and institutional reforms for sustainable and competitive tourism development.
