IC/2026/073-Public finance and Medium-term budget framework (MTBF) Consultant

UNDP Mongolia seeks a national consultant to provide technical support to the “Strengthening policy and performance-oriented PFM systems in Mongolia” project team. The duration of initial contract will be 80 working days over a 4 months period. The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.  Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
