1.0 Introduction Killarney National Park (KNP) intends to continue with the Multi-annual Road Repair Programme, begun a number of years ago, over the coming November/December 2025. The proposal is to repair/overlay sections of internal roads/paths throughout KNP. 2.0 Roads Included in 2023 Programme (i) Knockreer – Mission Road to Deenagh Lodge (ii) Carrigfreaghane – Main Gate Junction to Muckross Abbey Crossroads (iii) Car Park Entrance route at Ross Castle 3.0 Invitation to Tender KNP invites suitably qualified road making/repair contractors to tender for the works given above – in accordance with the specification given in the tender documentation. The KNP Management will allow planned closures of the repair sites. Access to the various sites will be as follows: Knockreer – from Mission Road, Killarney Carrigfreaghane – from Main Gate on N71 for Northern Section and Muckross Hote Gate for Southern Section Ross Castle – 1 no. projects – both accessed from Ross Castle entrance The Response Deadline is Friday the 21st November 2025 at 12.00pm. Statens vegvesenMossDeadline: Sep 14Nygårdstunnelen in Bergen was opened in 1999 and is 864 metres long. The tunnel runs from the Puddefjord Bridge to Nygårdstangen, with exit ramps at O.J. Brochsgate. There are 2 lanes from the Puddefjord Bridge, whilst there are 1 lanes from O.J. Brochs gate. These meet in the tunnel so that there are 3 lanes at the exit and entrance at Nygårdstangen. The annual daily traffic is approx. 45,000. The tunnel shall be upgraded in accordance with the tunnel safety regulations and equipment in and outside the tunnel shall be replaced and replaced with new equipment that meets the current requirements. This includes, among other things: • New ventilation system. • New lighting installations with both new lights in the tunnel roof and continuous evacuation lights. • Extinguishing water shall be set up for the fire brigade. New system for handling emissions and tunnel washing water that fulfils emission requirements. • New signage with barriers, lane signal and variable signs. • Emergency stations with fire extinguishers and telephones. • Camera with coverage throughout the entire tunnel, which gives an alarm during events. • New technical building in the tunnel in the existing mountain room. • A new stop section shall be established at the technical building. • Demolition of existing air treatment plant.Prequalification and tender documentation for the hire of premises for park and technical operational personnel - Vennesla municipality.
VENNESLA KOMMUNEVenneslaThe Unit for Park and Technical is responsible for administering and developing the municipal water and sewage installations, the municipal roads, outdoor sports facilities and parks. The Municipal Engineering Operations Department has a modern machinery that will operate municipal roads, renovation of the pipeline network and the execution of major projects itself. Park and municipal engineering operational personnel are now spread out in different locations, the objective of the procurement is the co-location of the operational personnel. The municipal council has decided that premises shall be rented for this. It is relevant to rent both existing premises that may need to be remodelled/added in order to fulfil the requirements or new premises that the tenderer wishes to establish. As an alternative to the site for the localisation of new premises, the municipality can offer a site at Lomtjønn. The premises must be close to the main roads in Nedre Vennesla, maximum distance of 5km from vennesla centre. The site/premises must be ready regulated for the purpose when submitting the tender, a lack of fulfilment will lead to a tender being rejected. Any rent contract will be signed subject to a political/administrative decision being made on this. Dublin City CouncilDublinDeadline: Aug 26Dublin City Council (“DCC”, the “Contracting Authority”) intends to establish two (2) four-year contractor multi-party framework agreements, namely, Lot A Framework and Lot B Framework (the “Frameworks”) for the delivery of a significant programme of housing projects (the “Programme”) utilising primarily the Design and Build (DB) delivery model. The Programme will form an important component of DCC’s direct social and affordable housing delivery pipeline for the period 2026–2030, consistent with the objectives set out in the Government’s new national housing plan, Delivering Homes, Building Communities. DCC has engaged the National Development Finance Agency (“NDFA”) to support the procurement and delivery of the Programme. 26 no. sites comprising approximately 4,000 units have been identified for inclusion in the Programme. Further sites may be added to the Programme over the lifetime of the Frameworks. The Frameworks will be established using a 2-stage restricted procurement procedure and will consist of the Lot A Framework and the Lot B Framework, with suitably qualified contractors appointed to each of the Frameworks. The Lot A Framework call off contracts capex values range from €100m to €250m, while call-off contracts under the Lot B Framework will have capex values of up to €100m. These capex value ranges may be adjusted as necessary over the period of the Frameworks in line with construction inflation. Applicants may apply to qualify for each Framework; however, applicants can only be shortlisted for one of the Frameworks. Applicants will be required to state their Framework preference at the pre-qualification submission stage. For example, if an applicant submits an application for both the Lot A Framework and the Lot B Framework and fulfils the pre-qualification requirements for both Frameworks, the applicant will only be shortlisted for their preferred Framework and will not be shortlisted for the other Framework. For further information please refer to the Project Information Memorandum. The Estimated Value figures provided below are estimates only and are provided for indicative purposes only. It is not possible to be definitive regarding the anticipated total value of the Frameworks at this time due to a range of factors, including but not limited to changes to the sites to be included in the Programme and construction inflation. The estimated value figure is intended solely as an aggregate indicator of the potential overall scale of the Frameworks, rather than the value of the currently identified pipeline of sites. Accordingly, the value of works procured under the Frameworks may be lower than the estimated figure stated in this notice and may vary during the term of the Frameworks, subject always to the maximum value of the Frameworks as stated in this notice below. The duration of each of the Frameworks is 48 months. The estimated duration of each call off contract under the Frameworks will be included at tender stage.
