9Preliminary Market Consultation – Compact SOV / Walk-to-Work offshore logistics and accommodation concept for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the ONAS offshore substation platforms in the German Baltic Sea
50Hertz Transmission GmbHBerlinDeadline: Aug 2950Hertz Transmission GmbH, acting as a utility contracting entity, is conducting a non-binding Preliminary Market Consultation pursuant to Section 26 SektVO. The purpose of this consultation is to explore whether, and under which operational and commercial conditions, a compact SOV-based (Service Operation Vessel) or Walk-to-Work (W2W) offshore logistics and accommodation concept could support the continuous operation and maintenance (O&M) of the offshore grid connection platforms (ONAS) in the German Baltic Sea. The consultation is intended to inform potential future procurement decisions. 50Hertz is interested in practical market solutions, indicative commercial logic and the main assumptions underlying such information. No offers, binding prices, detailed cost breakdowns or internal calculation models are requested. As an indicative size reference, a concept with approximately 30–50 persons on board (POB), DP2 capability, suitable W2W access to OSS interfaces, platform supply capability and Baltic Sea operability is being considered. This indication is for orientation only and does not constitute a preferred design, a preferred supplier or a mandatory technical specification. The market consultation pursues, in particular, the following objectives: Identifying the current market offering of compact, fit-for-purpose SOV / W2W concepts for continuous Baltic Sea O&M operations, as well as larger market-available SOV / CSOV tonnage. Assessing the technical feasibility of DP2 capability, W2W access up to approximately Hs 2.5 m, platform supply, transfer of fluids (diesel, oil, fresh water, grey water, waste water) and crane interfaces with the OSS. Understanding realistic market routes (newbuild, conversion, existing tonnage, shared use, campaign, winter, seasonal or back-charter models) and their associated lead times and availability drivers. Exploring the main commercial cost drivers and meaningful contractual and remuneration models. Exploring available and emerging propulsion, energy and emissions-reduction concepts, including Baltic Sea-specific framework conditions. Assessing whether such a concept can be economically implemented for the planned scope (9 relevant ONAS platforms, max. 24–48 POB per platform, approximately 3,000–10,000 person-days of offshore work per year, distributed over four campaigns).Engineering and Environmental Consultancy Services for Nenagh Flood Relief Scheme
Tipperary County CouncilClonmel, NenaghDeadline: Sep 02Background - The OPW, working in partnership with Tipperary County Council and other Local Authorities, commissioned and have completed the Shannon Upper and Lower River Basin Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management (CFRAM) Study. The Shannon Upper and Lower River Basin (‘Shannon’) CFRAM Study Area included Nenagh as an Area for Further Assessment (AFA) and identified that a flood relief scheme for the community would be appropriate to be further developed for implementation. To advance and implement a flood relief scheme for Nenagh, Tipperary County Council, supported by a Steering Group, intends to commission a Contract to develop and assist with the implementation of the Scheme. This Contract will be procured using one Consulting firm (hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”) to progress both the Engineering and Environmental elements of the Tender Specification. Project Objectives - The objective of this project is the identification, design and submission for planning consent of a Flood Relief Scheme, that is technically, socially, environmentally and economically acceptable, to alleviate the risk of flooding in the community of Nenagh to a determined Standard of Protection, to complete the detailed design, and to procure, manage and oversee the construction of that Scheme. The tasks that are to be carried out by the Consultant to fulfil this objective are described in detail within the Tender Specification.Supply of engineering services for the design ISS and WDS
The European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy ('Fusion for Energy')BarcelonaThe services of the envisaged contract concern the supply of engineering services for the design of the ITER Isotope Separation System (ISS) and Water Detritiation System (WDS). The two systems can be described as chemical plants processing tritiated water and hydrogen isotope gas streams from the ITER machine. The detritiation of the water is done by WDS and the separation and purification of the hydrogen isotope gas streams is handled by ISS. Deliveries cover final design work on both systems to prepare their manufacturing, along with other tasks like qualification of components and support to the owner. The scope covers also qualification testing of components of ISS, WDS and the REMS the Radiological Environmental Monitoring System and prototyping tasks for some components of the tritium fuel cycle.SPD1/2026/015 - SUPPLIES TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF A CO2 LASER CUTTER/ENGRAVER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEM ENGINEERING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MALTA
