SVUH seeks to establish five (5) Framework Agreements with a single provider for each Lot: 1) Architectural Services; 2) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Consulting Services; 3) Quantity Surveying Services; 4) Fire Safety Consulting Services; 5) Services of Assigned Certifier. Framework Agreements will be non-exclusive. The Agreements do not provide for a minimum guaranteed level of consumption and will be employed on an as-needed basis via specific Scope of Works or equivalent requests for services. As these Agreements are relationship-based, SVUH expects that providers will develop a good understanding of SVUH operations and specific needs. SVUH will be calling-off services via individual Statements of Work (SOW). Providers must maintain capacity for concurrent SOWs. The system must be capable of custom configuration and incorporate the latest advancements in 2D, 3D, 4D imaging, probe technologies, and AI enabled functionality. It should be built on a modern scalable platform that supports future upgrades and represents the most current technologies available from manufacturers. These systems are essential to ensure efficient, safe and comfortable ultrasound imaging for paediatric patients. The system must support Neonatal, Paediatric and Adolescent studies on a single platform. Particular emphasis is on suitability for National Children’s Hospital(NCHI) requirements. Tenderers should note that the hospital is a paediatric facility with patients ranging from neonatate to adolescent (i.e adults), so the system must incorporate full adult imaging capabilities. NCHI serves as the national tertiary and quaternary referral centre for paediatric patients and also provides primary and secondary care for the greater Dublin area. State of the art equipment is required to meet the demands of a high-volume cardiology ultrasound imaging service. The system must be suitable for use across multiple clinical environments, including: Cardiac Outpatient Department Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Cardiac Catheterisation Theatres, Cardiac Hybrid Imaging Theatres Open Heart Surgery Theatres. Mobile bedside imaging should patients be unable to attend cardiac inpatient clinics. It is imperative that all equipment is highly reliable, supports efficient clinical workflows, and operates consistently to minimise risks to patients and staff The system must deliver high quality imaging that ensures heart structures are quickly and easily identified and provide precise quantitative data. Ziel ist eine zukunftssichere, datenschutzkonforme und benutzerfreundliche Lösung, die sämtliche gesetzlichen sowie betrieblichen Anforderungen erfüllt und eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit ermöglicht. Ergänzend soll die Software modular erweiterbar sein, insbesondere um optionale Funktionen für sozialarbeiterische und weiterführende arbeitsmedizinische Prozesse. Die Software ist in die bestehende HR-IT-Landschaft der ÜSTRA zu integrieren. Der Einsatz erfolgt parallel durch mehrere Nutzergruppen und Funktionsbereiche. Die Anwendung wird von zwei bis vier Medizinischen Fachangestellten genutzt, die an einer zentralen MFA-Theke arbeiten. Darüber hinaus stehen drei ärztliche Arbeitsplätze zur Verfügung. Ergänzend wird die Software an 12 verschiedenen medizinischen Test- und Untersuchungsstationen eingesetzt, darunter Seh-, Reaktions-, Hör-, Lungenfunktions-, Vigilanz Tests sowie weitere diagnostische Verfahren (z. B. EKG, Perimetrie). Die Software ist lokal auf den jeweiligen Rechnern installiert und übernimmt die Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Untersuchungen automatisiert und systemgestützt. Aufgrund der parallelen Durchführung mehrerer Untersuchungen ist von gleichzeitigen Zugriffen auszugehen. Die im Lastenheft vorgesehenen Lizenzstufen mit mindestens acht gleichzeitigen Zugriffen sowie optionalen Erweiterungen auf zehn bzw. zwölf 0Zugriffe stellen eine bedarfsgerechte und skalierbare Auslegung dar. KGBad EndbachDeadline: Oct 01An dem Standort in Bad Endbach stehen zur ganzheitlichen Therapie akuter und chronischer rheumatischer Erkrankungen eine Akutklinik mit 80 Betten und eine An-schlussheilbehandlungs- (AHB) und Rehabilitationsklinik mit 36 Betten zur Verfü-gung. Zum Klinikkomplex gehören außerdem zwei Praxen mit ärztlicher Rheuma-sprechstunde und eine ambulante Therapieeinrichtung für Physiotherapie, physikali-sche Therapien und Ergotherapie. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde der Klinikbereich stän-dig modernisiert und die Infrastruktur ausgebaut. Das Rheumazentrum Mittelhessen hat sich entschieden, ein komplettes Kranken-hausinformationssystem für den Standort auszuschreiben, welches die KHZG-Fördertatbestände 3- 6 erfüllt und welches darüber hinaus alle administrativen und klinischen Prozesse einer Akut-, AHB- und (DRV-) Rehaklinik abbildet. Das künftige KIS ist dahingehend aufzusetzen, dass es im Zusammenspiel mit weiteren Subsys-temen/ Modulen das patientenführende System ist. Das KIS soll auf Basis eines "Best-Practice"-Ansatzes im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Projektarbeit eingeführt werden. Vom Auftragnehmer wird entsprechend ein beratender und optimierender Prozessansatz im Rahmen der Softwareimplementierung erwartet. Die zu liefernde Software muss über die Möglichkeiten und Instrumente verfügen, die z.B. die Anwen-der in den Stand versetzen, den Behandlungsverlauf des Patienten so effizient wie möglich zu steuern, sowie die Leistungen schnell, erlössicher und KHZG-konform (FTB 3-6) zu dokumentieren und abzurechnen. Die Anbieter werden daher gebeten, ein Angebot über ein komplettes KHZG-konformes KIS inklusive aller notwendigen Dienstleistungen zur Implementierung und zur Wartung/ Service abzugeben, welches die Muss-Kriterien der KHZG-Fördertatbestände 2 - 6 erfüllt (die Muss-Kriterien für das Aufnahme- und Behandlungsmanagement des FTB 2 werden über die Portallö-sung der Fa.
