The EBA needs a service of IT helpdesk, service desk or support service to solve IT issues encountered by EBA staff in the performance of their tasks. The procurement procedure shall result in a framework contract with a narrow scope and a very specific service delivery model for the helpdesk, with SLA, KPIs, incidents per year, customer satisfaction rating, rating expectation, all linked to contractor incentives and penalties. The scope of the services is to provide helpdesk services related to: - the management of end-user hardware and solving issues related to it (PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, screens, accessories/ peripheral equipment), including keeping inventory of hardware; - the use of end-user software (Windows, iOS, MS Office, Azure, various other software products, apps); - the management of domain accounts, network folders, mailboxes, distribution lists, etc.; - the use of desktop telecommunications tools and software (i.e. phone, email, WebEx, Teams); - the use of audiovisual and connectivity equipment in meeting rooms (i.e. screens, microphones, cameras, meeting room connections to MS Teams calls and meetings and to WebEx calls occasionally); - the VIP support provided for senior management and directors, available via MS Teams and phone. The service shall be provided by a team both off and onsite. There will be helpdesk service team members on site to manage requests related to physical hardware and peripherals, infrastructure, audio-video in meeting rooms, etc.

The digital services portfolio resides within Corporate Services directorate and is managed by the Service rePublic unit there. This unit holds the service transformation and innovation brief and uses a service design approach to deliver its programme. The current online services and customer relationship management solution is the govService platform from Granicus. The Service rePublic unit are responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of digital services through this platform. The customer services section which comprises of the main county Hall switch and contact centre is also in the Corporate Services directorate. There are a total of 6 contact centre agents, a supervisor and a contact centre manager. The Council’s out of hours emergency is also part of the customer services section, these calls are handled by an external company who input details onto the Council’s CRM. A tender for the continued provision of an online customer experience platform and CRM is required to ensure continuity and expansion of the digital programme in Cork County Council. SkatteetatenOsloDeadline: Jul 02The Norwegian Tax Administration invites tenderers to a qualification for a competition with negotiations for the procurement of computer centre services, including computer rooms with exclusive area, in two different colocation computer centres in the Oslo area. Services included in the procurement are, among other things, redundant electricity supply in addition to backup components UPS and emergency generators, redundant cooling, redundant network accesses, physical and logical security as well as a guard services. The Norwegian Tax Administration currently leases locations with a computer centre and associated operations and maintenance contracts . These contracts expire in the years up to 2028, and the Norwegian Tax Administration must then move their equipment to new data centres. The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for computer centre services in two different computer centres in the Oslo area (called Area 2 and Area 3) when the relevant lease contracts expire. The contracting authority shall enter two contracts. The scope of the two contracts are identical except the time period where the Delivery Day shall occur (see Annex 3 on this). The delivery day for contract shall be a day in the period from 1 February 2027 until and including 31 May 2027, but the delivery day for the second lot shall be a day in the period from and including 10 January 2028 to and including 31 January 2028. Tenderers can choose what time period the Delivery day the tender applies to, or whether it applies both periods of time. As a result of the Norwegian Tax Administration's risk and vulnerability assessment, the data centres are required to as the services offered from in the two contracts are located at least 5 km in the aerial line from each other. Geographical separation and minimum distance will reduce the risk of both data centres being affected by natural events or events created by threat actors. In addition to the data centres being at least 5 km apart in the air line, it is required that only one of the data centres is located in Groruddalen ́s valley. Groruddalen's valley is located in the eastern part of Oslo and considered in this competition to stretch from the centre of Oslo to Stovner and between Bjerke in west to the border with Lørenskog municipality in the east. University of StrathclydeGlasgowDeadline: Jul 13The SUMIT (Substance Use and Mental Health Interventions using Digital Technology) Project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The SUMIT Project will jointly develop, implement and evaluate a digitally enabled approach to enhance and inform the transformation of services within a test bed environment for 1,500 beneficiaries, adding value through three interrelated activities. 1. Collaborate with 4 local demonstrator sites in Northern Ireland (NI), the border counties of the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Scotland (SCO) to deliver a comprehensive skills development programme for 500 staff and facilitate good practice and knowledge exchange through a Community of Practice to enable implementation of digital products. 2. Co-design, develop and implement 3 digital products for people to confidently use digital devices and products to access support and improve health and wellbeing. 3. Undertake cross-border research and project evaluation to robustly evidence ‘what works,’ and apply learning throughout the project to inform service delivery, organisational change and policy development to reduce inequalities and foster resilient health and social care systems. The procurement is structured into three distinct but interrelated lots: • Lot 1 – Self-Directed Help: Digital tools enabling individuals to access information, guidance and support independently, including anonymous access where appropriate. • Lot 2 – Personalised Journey: Solutions supporting ongoing recovery and wellbeing through personalised tracking, goal-setting, service navigation and peer interaction. • Lot 3 – Service User Database: Capabilities to support person-held records and controlled data sharing across services, reducing duplication and enabling continuity of care. A key objective of the contract is to deliver outcome-based digital solutions, rather than prescriptive technical systems. Bidders are therefore required to demonstrate how their solutions achieve defined user and service outcomes, including improved access to support services, sustained user engagement, increased digital inclusion, and enhanced service insight through data and analytics. This approach reflects the programme’s emphasis on co-design and participatory development, ensuring that solutions are aligned with real user needs and are capable of achieving meaningful adoption. Queens University Belfast (QUB) is the overall lead for the project with the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI - hosted by University of Strathclyde) leading on activity 2 above. In delivery with the wider SUMIT partners, DHI is seeking to develop and implement innovative routes to market for the cross-border procurement of 3 digitally enabled products. All solutions and services delivered under this contract must comply with all applicable data protection legislation in force within the jurisdictions of delivery, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) as implemented in the Republic of Ireland, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) together with the Data Protection Act 2018. The Contractor shall ensure that its solution remains fully compliant with these statutory requirements at all times throughout the term of the contract.
