Alta Municipality shall procure a digital learning system that meets the needs of primary and secondary schools. The solution shall be safe and intuitive for students, staff and parents throughout primary and secondary schools. The solution shall be easy to use, flexible for adaptations, and comprehensive enough to support both teaching, learning, collaboration and assessment in a comprehensive school course.It shall be possible to assess solutions separately for primary and secondary schools. Based on this assessment, the municipality shall be free to choose either one common solution for the entire primary and secondary schools, or two different solutions if this is considered most appropriate and best adapted to the needs of the respective levels.Providers must therefore differentiate and specify how their system can meet the needs of the different target groups at primary and secondary schools, and how the solution can be implemented either together or as separate systems.

The current online services and customer relationship management solution is the govService platform from Granicus. A tender for the continued provision of an online customer experience platform and CRM is required to ensure continuity and expansion of the digital programme in Cork County Council.
