Tender description
TG4, Ireland’s national Irish-language public service broadcaster, invites proposals for the provision of legal services to support its new digital news service. This development follows the acceptance by the Government of Ireland of a number of recommendations relating to TG4 contained in the Future of Media Commission Report, published in 2022. The new and expanded TG4 digital news service in the Irish language is scheduled to commence operation in the final quarter of 2026. TG4 will outsource the legal services in respect of the TG4 digital news service to a firm of solicitors which will provide pre-publication/broadcast legal advice to the TG4 Head of News and Current Affairs in respect of this digital news service.

2025/016 The Provision, Support and Maintenance of a Digital Platform for Enterprise Ireland Export Development Programmes
Enterprise Ireland’s new strategy ‘Delivering for Ireland, Leading Globally (2025-2029)’ outlines our aims and ambitions for the Irish enterprise base and its purpose to ‘Accelerate Sustainable Irish Business’. The ambition over the next five years is to support Irish exporting companies to make an even greater contribution to the Irish economy through international growth and nationwide employment, with the long-term ambition that exporting Irish companies become the primary driver of the Irish economy. The OECD and the SME Taskforce established that there was a structural issue in Ireland’s internationalisation performance, stating that Ireland had a low ‘export propensity’. Key recommendations from the OECD, SME Taskforce and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment “White Paper on Enterprise 2030” were made to address this, including the development of a single offering and programme that would support companies in a holistic way to build the capability and capacity to meet the key requirements at each stage of the their export journey. Enterprise Ireland has, under the ‘Compete’ pillar of our new strategy, committed to supporting 1,700 additional Irish-owned exporters by 2029, in collaboration with the Local Enterprises Offices. Scaling the number of new exporters from the current levels being achieved has been agreed as a national priority as recommended by the SME Taskforce. A dedicated New Exporters central team has been established in Enterprise Ireland, who will lead out on a New Exporters Accelerator Programme. The programme aims to support non-exporting or early-stage exporting companies, regardless of agency, to build the knowledge, confidence, and strategies needed to succeed in global markets, and achieve their First Time Exports. Framework agreement for the provision of legal advisory services as Borrower's Legal Advisor in connection with financing of the NPP1
Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PEJ) is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (NPP1). The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo Kopalino site (hereinafter: Project). 1. The Subject of the Procurement Contract includes the provision of specialized legal advisory services in the area of external financing granted to the Company by financial institutions (banks, export credit agencies, hedging parties, etc.) for the purpose of financing the Project. 2. The advisor’s support will primarily include providing the Services in respect of the Transaction, including in particular: participation in preliminary legal due diligence of the Company, including execution of a red flag report (and reliance letters issued in favor of the respective Financing Parties, if required) or providing legal support and assistance to the Company during the due diligence process operated by the Financing Parties’ legal counsel (depending on the case); participation in the development of the legal structure for the Transaction (including the scope of the Transaction Documents) in cooperation with other advisors to the Company including the financial advisor; reviewing, analyzing and providing amendments to the Transaction Documents; active participation in and negotiating Transaction Documents with Financing Parties and their advisors and providing legal advisory (including in regulatory aspects of the Project to the extent required for the Transaction); preparing and collecting documents and evidences constituting conditions precedent (including issuing legal opinions required by Financing Parties); managing the process of negotiating and entering into the Transaction Documents and establishment of the security interest; navigating and coordinating each stage of the Transaction from the Company’s perspective with multiple Financing Parties and their advisors of any type (e.g. legal, financial, technical), in cooperation with the Company’s financial advisor and the coordinator(s) appointed by the Company; ongoing cooperation with the Company and its advisors, Financing Parties, the Lenders’ insurance advisor.
