Los 4 umfasst die "Pflege, Wartung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des KAS-internen Reportings auf Basis von Cu-beware". Gegenstand des Loses 4 ist die Unterstützung des AG bei der Erstellung und der Pflege von Berichten (Reports) aus der ERP-Software MACH, dem Vorgangsbearbeitungs- und Dokumentenmanagementsystem fav2/Documentum und ggfs. weiteren Systemen mittels der BI-Software Cubeware. Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung soll zudem eine Modernisierung und ggf. Ablösung der bisherigen Software Cubeware konzeptionell bearbeitet und vorbereitet werden. Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf einer potentiellen Integration der Reportlandschaft in die M365-/D365-Umgebung.
