The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that safeguards Vestfold fylkeskommune's (the Contracting Authority's) need for workwear, shoes and protective equipment. The contracting authority ́s largest need owners are employees in the Transport sector, who take care of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's previous administration of the county roads, as well as sixth form colleges. Aug.The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement(s) for the purchase of workwear, footwear and protective equipment for the Gjøvik region. The procurement is divided into five sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts. The contracting authority can award one or several sub-contracts to the same tenderer, or award different sub-contracts to different tenderers. Tenders cannot be submitted for individual product lines within each sub-contract. Further details on the delivery, including requirements for products, assortment, delivery, ordering, environment, reporting and other requirements, follow the requirement specifications, needs descriptions, price forms and other procurement documents. The framework agreement(s) are not exclusive. The contracting authorities are not obliged to procure a specific volume from the chosen supplier(s), and the estimated values and volumes are not binding for the contracting authorities. Sept.The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of work wear and footwear for Fredrikstad municipality, Hvaler municipality and Fredrikstad Church Council. The users will mainly belong to the municipal areas Helse, Oppvekst , Teknisk og Samfunn og Byutvikling. Other entities in the municipalities that are not specifically mentioned and who may have an occasional need for workwear and footwear, can also use this framework agreement. Tenderers shall be able to deliver to all of the contracting authority's entities/addresses. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for such products and we would like tenderers who can offer a broad assortment in the requested product categories. Work clothes that are under visibility clothing/multi-norm clothing, as well as footwear with protection, will be under another framework agreement. The contracting authority also has a separate framework agreement for protective clothing and equipment for the fire and chimney sweeping service, and this is not included in this contract. The Contracting Authority will also enter into separate framework agreements for textiles for institution use (chef clothing, nursing and patient clothing and bedding), as well as for clothing with uniforms, which will not be included in this contract. Aug.Nordland county invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of work wear for new road administration and other departments at Nordland county. Nordland county has a number of departments with a need for work clothes of varying character. This agreement shall cover all of Nordland county ́s need for work wear during the contract period. Work clothes for dental clinics are outside this agreement as we have separate contracts for this. The competition is divided into 7 lots (regions), and the tenderer has the possibility to submit tender offers on one or more lots (regions). The same price form shall be used in all of the lots, but a price form shall be submitted for each lot.
