Aug.The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement(s) for the purchase of workwear, footwear and protective equipment for the Gjøvik region. The procurement is divided into five sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts. The contracting authority can award one or several sub-contracts to the same tenderer, or award different sub-contracts to different tenderers. Tenders cannot be submitted for individual product lines within each sub-contract. Further details on the delivery, including requirements for products, assortment, delivery, ordering, environment, reporting and other requirements, follow the requirement specifications, needs descriptions, price forms and other procurement documents. The framework agreement(s) are not exclusive. The contracting authorities are not obliged to procure a specific volume from the chosen supplier(s), and the estimated values and volumes are not binding for the contracting authorities. Sept.The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of work wear and footwear for Fredrikstad municipality, Hvaler municipality and Fredrikstad Church Council. The users will mainly belong to the municipal areas Helse, Oppvekst , Teknisk og Samfunn og Byutvikling. Other entities in the municipalities that are not specifically mentioned and who may have an occasional need for workwear and footwear, can also use this framework agreement. Tenderers shall be able to deliver to all of the contracting authority's entities/addresses. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for such products and we would like tenderers who can offer a broad assortment in the requested product categories. Work clothes that are under visibility clothing/multi-norm clothing, as well as footwear with protection, will be under another framework agreement. The contracting authority also has a separate framework agreement for protective clothing and equipment for the fire and chimney sweeping service, and this is not included in this contract. The Contracting Authority will also enter into separate framework agreements for textiles for institution use (chef clothing, nursing and patient clothing and bedding), as well as for clothing with uniforms, which will not be included in this contract. Harstad kommuneHarstadBackground Harstad municipality and the collaborating municipalities shall enter into a new framework agreement for advertising services as a result of the existing framework agreement for job advertisements expiring. The municipalities have a continual need for effective recruitment advertising, as well as the execution of statutory notices in the press and/or public registers. The objective of the procurement is to ensure an overall, predictable and cost efficient advertising process with good traceability, from ordering and production to publication and documentation. The supplier market also requests that the municipalities need to use more channels and formats (digital surfaces and print) and that the ordering and follow-up process shall support the municipalities ́ internal work flow. Harstad municipality is the contracting authority on behalf of the municipalities covered by the procurement. Emphasis is put on the fact that the participating municipalities each bear responsibility for their obligations in the execution of the framework agreement. The requirements cannot be applied to the municipalities together, but only against the municipality that has resulted in any contract deviation. Other municipal entities, including all public law bodies and organisations established by Harstad municipality, shall have the right, but are not obliged, to enter into this agreement. Description of the assignment The procurement comprises a framework agreement for the purchase, production and publication of job advertisements, announcements and equivalent announcements in relevant channels. The agreement shall cover announcements in both digital and printed areas, including relevant trade and trade media, newspapers, job portals, social media and public registers when required. The delivery shall include the necessary production support connected to the design and adaptation of advertising material, as well as the delivery of documentation of publication and available statistics/reporting for completed campaigns and indentations. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer a web-based ordering and management system that supports ordering, approval and follow-up and which provides a total overview of status and history. Nordland county has a number of departments with a need for work clothes of varying character. This agreement shall cover all of Nordland county ́s need for work wear during the contract period.
