Sept.Athy Rugby Club wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Design and Build Contractor for the removal and lawful disposal of asbestos roof materials, replacement of the clubhouse roof with a new insulated composite roof system, and the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of a Solar PV Array, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Smart Energy Control System. The works include the removal and disposal of approximately 830 m2 of asbestos-containing roof coverings and associated asbestos gutters and downpipes. A new insulated roof system with a minimum 50-year design life and new gutters and downpipes shall be installed. Tenderers shall attend a mandatory pre-tender site inspection and measurement survey. All dimensions and quantities are indicative only and tenderers shall rely on their own measurements. No adjustment to the Contract Sum will be permitted for quantity or measurement differences that could reasonably have been identified before tender submission. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all asbestos-related compliance, removal, transportation, disposal documentation and certification. The Smart Energy Control System shall optimise energy generation, storage and consumption, integrate with the existing generator, manage battery charging and discharge, support floodlighting loads and include a secure web-based monitoring platform and smart phone application. Indicative scope of Works, which will be implemented in accordance to the FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red Book – ed 1999), include: • Construction of a wastewater network for four settlements located at the North of the City centre (Dragova Luka, Ćemenca, Oštrovac and Rubeža) for collection and transportation of the wastewater to WWTP. The total length of the network is app 41 km and consists of the PE pipes of following diameters and concrete manholes: • DN 300 mm, L=1,960 m - The main collector crosses the Bistrica River via an existing bridge. • DN 250 mm, L=3,750 m • DN 200 mm, L=30,510 m • House connections, DN 200 mm, L=5,000 m • Manholes, total 3,600 pcs • Construction of a new sewerage pumping station called "Cemenca" (Q=50 l/s; H=9 m, P=5 kW), and a pressure line diameter of DN200 mm with a length of 165 m. • Rehabilitation of the existing pumping station "Duklo (Q=72 l/s; P=30 kW). As major part of the rehabilitation efforts, the existing manual screen will be replaced with an automated one. The UGV system may comprise one or more UGV platforms, operator control units, communication links, support equipment, software, interfaces and accessories required for safe and effective operation. The UGV shall be suitable for professional operational use in RN monitoring, survey, inspection and reconnaissance tasks in varied and potentially hazardous environments. RN sensors (Radiological and Nuclear sensors) are devices designed for the detection, measurement, monitoring and/or radionuclide identification of ionizing radiation and radiological and nuclear materials. In the context of this procurement, an RN sensor includes the sensor unit, associated electronics, power interfaces, data acquisition and processing components, and any required firmware/software necessary for its intended operational use. The RN sensors shall be suitable for professional operational use and capable of supporting RN monitoring, survey, detection, identification or reconnaissance tasks under varying environmental and operational conditions. The tenderer shall deliver fully integrated and operational UGV and RN sensor combinations, demonstrated as functional systems prior to acceptance.
