Sept.The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the outdoor areas at Norsk Tipping ́s property in Hamar appear safe, accessible and presentable throughout the entire year. The contracting authority would like an overall and predictable service delivery that covers both operation, care and maintenance of green areas in the summer, as well as snow clearing and gritting in the winter. The procurement shall cover two main service areas: · Gardening services in the summer, approx. 7,000m² · Snow clearing and gritting in the winter, approx. 8,200m² The contracting authority needs one tenderer who can deliver a combined, year-round service with responsibility for all relevant operational assignments. Aug.Grimstad municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with several tenderers for winter maintenance; snow ploughing, gritting and clearing snow and ice on municipal roads and open spaces, as well as setting out snow stakes. The framework agreement is divided into three parallel sub-contracts divided in accordance with machine types: tractors, small wheel loaders (4-8 tons) and large wheel loaders (8-16 tons). This notice concerns snow clearing areas of roads, as well as clearing areas for municipal purpose-built buildings. Tenderers shall not submit tender offers on specific routes, it is the contracting authority who will award the routes after the tender deadline has expired. The expected tenderers will have route maps distributed in a reasonable time before the snow clearing season. As the areas are dynamic and changes can occur, the routes will be divided according to a total assessment of the following criteria: the machine ́s suitability, efficient operations planning and cost-benefit connected to geographical location and costs of moving around. The contracting authority always aims to divide the sections so that they generate approx. as many hours. Changes must be expected in the routes, but will be agreed further per season. Tenderers must reckon on clearing areas within the entire municipality. During the agreement period there will be a need for occasional snow clearing in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs. Tenderers must therefore reckon on extra assignments beyond the routes. A previous route overview and a map of roads and institutions are attached together with the tender documentation (Annexes 1, 2 and 3). These are outdated and new areas are under revision. Tenderers must expect changes to the extent of individual routes. Kirkelig fellesråd i OsloOSLOFrist: 26. Aug.PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR GREEN AREAS AS WELL AS MACHINERY SNOW REMOVAL, GRITTING AND SPRING CLEARING, SUMMER AND WINTER SEASONS 2026 -2030. The Church Council in Oslo invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of two types of services; services for grit at 32 of our properties, as well as services for mechanical snow clearing, gritting and spring clearing at 56 of our properties. The number of properties and area sizes may vary slightly. The contract period is planned to be a maximum of approx. 4 years, from the 2026 winter season to the 2030 summer season, in accordance with the tender documentation and annexes. A contract is planned to be signed with only one tenderer for the entire assignment. The combined contract value is estimated to approx. There are a total of approx. 303 positions divided in 43 dental clinics in all of Nordland county. The contracting authority ́s estimate of the extent is calculated from the number of employees, 2 sets per employee per day and that each employee works 48 weeks per annum. The total county for all clinics is estimated to be NOK 8,000,000,-. And maximum 11,000,000,-. Tenderers are free to submit tenders for one, several or all the clinics included in the competition. There is no minimum or maximum limit for the number of clinics that tenders can be submitted for. The evaluation and award will be carried out separately for each individual clinic. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts for one, several or all clinics to the same or different tenderers.Winter maintenance
Orkland KommuneOrkangerOrkland municipality shall procure winter maintenance services to ensure good and predictable accessibility and traffic safety for all road user groups travelling along the municipal road network. This means roads, foot/cycle paths, pavements, bus lay-bys, squares, traffic islands, turning sledges, car parks, car parks, access to municipal water and sewage facilities and pockets etc. Private areas and private roads/exits are not included in the municipality ́s snow clearing scheme. Winter operations include snow clearing, gritting, re-clearing. The removal of snow is to be carried out in accordance with orders. Special focus areas in winter are safe school roads, soft road users, bus streets and traffic safety. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 65,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
