PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR GREEN AREAS AS WELL AS MACHINERY SNOW REMOVAL, GRITTING AND SPRING CLEARING, SUMMER AND WINTER SEASONS 2026 -2030. The Church Council in Oslo invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of two types of services; services for grit at 32 of our properties, as well as services for mechanical snow clearing, gritting and spring clearing at 56 of our properties. The number of properties and area sizes may vary slightly. The contract period is planned to be a maximum of approx. 4 years, from the 2026 winter season to the 2030 summer season, in accordance with the tender documentation and annexes. A contract is planned to be signed with only one tenderer for the entire assignment. The combined contract value is estimated to approx. NOK 7,800,000 excluding VAT.

Sept.The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the outdoor areas at Norsk Tipping ́s property in Hamar appear safe, accessible and presentable throughout the entire year. The contracting authority would like an overall and predictable service delivery that covers both operation, care and maintenance of green areas in the summer, as well as snow clearing and gritting in the winter. The contract period is 4 years, starting 17 September 2026. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 2+2 years, so that the maximum contract length is 8 years. This is only an estimate based on previous turnover/expected turnover and is not binding for the Contracting Authority in the coming contract period. The agreement period will be from 16.02.2027 to 15.02.2031. The upper financial limit for the contract is estimated to be NOK 10 million. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment. Oslo municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. The Agency for Culture is Oslo municipality ́s Agency for Art and Culture. We facilitate a varied and diverse cultural offer in Oslo. We facilitate the culture ́s area needs and administer the rent of studios and premises, grants and grants for art and cultural initiatives, holiday camps, voluntary children and youth organisations and voluntary music life.
