The Contractor is tasked with acquiring a 2D seismic survey of approximately 110 km to support deep geothermal exploration within the Nuremberg license area. This includes planning, surveying, permitting support, deployment of a wireless nodal recording system, and the use of Vibroseis and explosive sources where required. The Contractor must ensure high‑quality seismic data acquisition, including daily QC, in‑field processing, instrument tests, and compliance with SEG-Y data standards. All operations must follow strict HSE, environmental, and vehicle regulations and must avoid damage to infrastructure, property, and protected areas. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, full equipment (survey, vibrator, drilling, recording systems), and maintain all systems according to manufacturer specifications. The performance objective is to deliver complete, accurate, and high-quality seismic data sets (raw and processed), including SPS files, PPV data, maps, and a comprehensive final report. All positioning, processing, and data formats must meet the technical specifications defined by the Company and industry standards, ensuring comparability and reliability of results.

Conducted in close partnership with the Ministry of Water and Energy of Ethiopia and Addis Ababa University, the survey aims to improve understanding of the Basin’s hydrogeological settings under different geological and environmental conditions. The contractor must collect high-resolution TEM and magnetic data, capable of imaging layers as thin as 3 meters near the surface and achieving penetration depths of up to 500 meters, while meeting strict technical, calibration, safety, and data-delivery requirements. The objective is to obtain bankable wind measurement data compliant with MEASNET and IEC 61400-50-1 standards. The assignment is divided into three lots : Lot 1 (81320099) - Jbal Abderrahmen (Nabeul Governorate): installation, operation and dismantling of seven 125 m met masts with their accessories. Lot 2 (81320100) - Jbal Tbaga (Kébili Governorate): installation and operation and dismantling of seven 125 m met masts with their accessories Lot 3 (81320101) - El Guettar (Gafsa Governorate): installation and operation and dismantling of two 125 m met masts with their accessories. Sept.The ESPAD project (European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs) is an international project that collects data every four years in over 35 European countries on the use of alcohol, tobacco, medicines, illicit drugs, and other addictive behaviours, and possible correlates with such behaviours, among 15–16-year-old school students through probabilistic school surveys. The project started in 1995, and the next data collection is planned for 2028. Since ESPAD is a unique source of internationally comparable and trend information about prevalence and patterns of addictive behaviours among school population in Europe that has been proven informative for researchers, policy-makers, and other stakeholders, and it increasingly provides evidence for evaluation of national and European drug policies, EUDA has a strong interest in maintaining high quality and comparability of the research process and study outputs. The EUDA is committed to giving support to the international coordination of the project and actively participating in its coordination. The main purpose of this contract is therefore to collect, compile, analyse and report on the results on substance use among secondary school students across Europe with the objective to strengthen EUDA’s monitoring capacities on drugs use and to anticipate and alert on emerging drug-related risks among European adolescents.
