The objective of this framework agreement is the procurement of locksmith services for both new installations and upgrading of locks and fittings for NND and IFE ́s systems. OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. Bærum kommuneSANDVIKAFrist: 24. Aug.The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. The contract period is 4 (four) years from signing of the contract, unless referred to by the Contracting Authority. This procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for consumables, including office supplies, cleaning and toilet supplies and canteen articles. In addition the contract is for the procurement of some computer supplies that are limited to ergonomic products. An overview of the contracting authorities associated with this competition is in Annex 11: The contracting authorities included in this contract. Based on figures from the current agreement and reported information from contracting authorities, it is anticipated that the total turnover for the contract with a 3%, adjustment will be approx. NOK 220-250 million per annum. Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetatenOsloThe Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) needs to deliver CO2 that is used for water treatment at VAV ́s facilities. VAV shall enter into a new framework agreement for CO2 for the facilities at Oset and Skullerud. The need for CO2 delivered to the plants is estimated to be approx. 2,800 tonnes per annum, divided in approx. 2,500 tonnes at Oset and approx. 300 tonnes at Skullerud VBA. The consumption is evenly distributed throughout the year. The stated volume is estimated from the current consumption and is only meant as information to tenderers. From 2028 it is expected that consumption at Oset will be reduced. The extent of this is uncertain. Tenderers shall also offer maintenance/service of the CO2 plant and gas safety courses. A site inspection will be held, see the tender documentation point 3.2 for further information.
