The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery and laying of asphalt on municipal roads and areas in Bodø municipality. The contract shall ensure the delivery of asphalt work as a comprehensive service, including all necessary work, including preparatory works, asphalting, compaction and clearing up after work has been carried out. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum of four years. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between NOK 28 million and NOK 29 million excluding VAT per annum. This is equivalent to between NOK 112 million and NOK 116 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period of maximum four years (including options). The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement (including options) is NOK 150 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Sandnes kommuneSandnesFrist: 11. Sept.The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of communication and marketing services. Please note that job advertisements and film production will not be included in this framework agreement. See chapter 4 for further details on the procurement ́s purpose and requirements. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but based on average calculations based on statistics information for 2023-2025, an annual contract value of approx. NOK 1,200,000 is estimated excluding VAT. The total estimated contract value, including options, is approx. NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT. Emphasis is put on the fact that the estimated contract value is only of an informative character and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
