The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training has a continual need for assistance within problems connected to financial supervision. The Directorate therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement for this. The framework agreement will be valid for two - 2 - years, with an option for one - 1 - plus one - 1 - year extension. The framework agreement will have an upper economic limit of NOK 4 million excluding VAT (including the option). We estimate that the annual consumption will be NOK 1 million. The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The contract will come into force no earlier than 8.10.2026, as the current framework agreement expires on 07.10.2026.

JernbanedirektoratetOsloThe aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printing services and profiling products with an option for assignments on graphic design. Design hours for the accompanying layout/set-up of printing services and profile articles will naturally belong to the framework agreement, but the option belongs to assignments within graphic design. The framework agreement period will be 2 years with a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year for the contracting authority. The option shall be taken up min. 4 months prior to the end of the agreement. The following contract periods apply within the option for assignments within graphic design: The first option for assignments within graphic design will be 04.05.2026 - 01.10.2026, mainly for the Norwegian Railway Museum. The contracting authority will then map our need for graphical design and would like an option to take up the option in line with the remaining agreement period for the framework agreement if the need persists. SkyssBergenVestland County is the contracting authority for the procurement. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer who shall assist with renting houses and other properties acquired in connection with future development of roads and/or tracks in Vestland county. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENFrist: 25. Aug.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions.
