The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer who has the procurement capacity and competence that is relevant for SPK's procurement profile. The contract shall primarily ensure SPK effective access to assistance with the execution of procurements. In addition the contract shall ensure SPK access to legal assistance within public procurements as needed. In periods there can be more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for specific procurement related competence. The contract includes the following service areas: Operative procurement assistance, Legal assistance, other procurement related services, Total financial scope for the entire framework agreement period of four years, is estimated to be between NOK 3 million and NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT. The framework agreement ́s upper framework is NOK 6 million. Excluding VAT. In addition there is an option on one year. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 6 million. The maximum value is NOK 7.2 million. Fire engineering consultants shall ensure that our projects fulfil the current requirements for fire safety, provide consultancy and decision support to the project manager, and contribute to efficient planning, engineering design and execution with reduced risk of deviations and delays. Bærum kommuneSANDVIKAFrist: 24. Aug.The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENFrist: 25. Aug.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions.
