Framework agreement for the procurement of IT equipment (PCs, monitors, periphery and meeting room equipment) Procedure: Restricted tender contest (two stage) - FOA part III Framework agreement: 3 years + option 1 year Parallel framework agreements: 2 tenderers Mini competition: list price > NOK 200,000 The aim is to establish parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers for ongoing procurements of IT equipment for approx. 65 employees and approx. 10 meeting rooms divided between locations in Oslo and Tromsø. The contracting authority aims at limiting the number of mini competitions to one (1) per annum, but there may be a need for several. Call-offs will be made if needed. Mini competitions are used as a main rule for call-offs where the total list price exceeds NOK 200,000 excluding VAT, but the Contracting Authority reserves the right to use mini-competitions for minor procurements as well. In case of individual call-offs that do not trigger mini competitions, call-offs will be awarded to the tenderer who is ranked as no. 1 in the framework agreement ́s award. If a tenderer ranked as no. 1 cannot deliver within the framework agreement ́s terms, call-offs can be awarded to the tenderer ranked as no. 2.

Norsk rikskringkasting ASOSLOFrist: 19. Aug.NRK would like to establish a new parallel framework agreement for the hire of equipment and the procurement of services within lighting, sound and AV. One tenderer will be awarded the status of A-supplier. Other tenderers awarded the contract will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria. NRK will hold mini competitions each year for the framework agreement for the award of productions with an estimated budget of more than NOK 1 million for the disciplines covered by the framework agreement. The framework agreement is for delivery to all of NRK, regardless of production type or genre, and includes both small and large productions nationwide. The tenderer who is given the status of A-supplier will be NRK's primary equipment supplier for productions within the contract ́s scope, with the exception of productions with an estimated budget of NOK 1 million, awarded after the annual mini-competition. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENFrist: 25. Aug.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. Trondheim Havn IKSTrondheimFrist: 11. Sept.Trondheim Havn IKS plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for waste services connected to ships, port areas and rental areas. Trondheim Havn IKS would like, prior to the competition, to hold a market dialogue with relevant tenderers and other interested parties. The aim is to gather input for the procurement, in particular regarding environmental requirements, reporting and follow-up. The dialogue will be held as individual meetings (1:1). Information and input received will be assessed and used as a basis for the preparation of the tender documentation.
