10C3S2_424 European reference framework for climate scenarios
European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF)BolognaFrist: 03. Sept. The main objective of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to develop a European reference framework for climate scenarios to enhance consistency, comparability, and usability of climate risk information across Europe, addressing the current fragmentation of national and sectoral approaches. It proposes a common reference layer to support EU policy, adaptation planning, and cross-border decision-making, without replacing existing systems. The framework is conceived as a set of methodological principles, reference points, and guidance rather than a single dataset or scenario, helping users interpret and apply climate information in a coherent way. The work includes stakeholder engagement, a structured review of existing methods, gap analysis, definition of observational references, and the development of a robust and quality-assured framework. It will support users in selecting, combining, comparing, and communicating climate information for policy, regulatory, and investment purposes. A key principle is to promote harmonisation without homogenisation, preserving scientific diversity while enabling interoperability. Demonstrator datasets, communication activities, and implementation guidance will ensure the framework is practical, usable, and widely adopted across European and national stakeholders.CONTRACTING OF A CLINICAL RESEARCH ORGANIZATION (CRO) FOR THE PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION, MONITORING, AND QUALITY CONTROL SERVICES FOR CLINICAL TRIALS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EAST-TROKE AND POC4TRIAGE PROJECTs FOR THE STROKE GROUP OF THE FUNDACIÓ HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARI VALL HEBRON - INSTITUT DE RECERCA (VHIR), DIVIDED INTO 2 LOTS

European Commission, DG GROW - Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEsBrusselsFrist: 01. JuliThe European Green Deal is the roadmap for making the EU’s economy sustainable. It is a set of policy initiatives with the overarching aim of making Europe climate neutral by 2050. The "Economics of Climate Change, Energy and Transport" Unit (JRC.C.6) of the Joint Research Centre supports the European Commission’s European Green Deal by performing economics-based research in several areas related to energy and climate change. This work includes the development of a reference toolset of economic models and the completion of associated research activities to improve the models' reliability and robustness. The JRC.C.6 Unit is based in Seville, Spain. JRC.C.6 is seeking to strengthen its socio-economic research and modelling capabilities by expanding its coverage of modelling areas and by updating and improving its existing models and toolsets. The unit JRC.C.6 maintains, develops and applies a number of quantitative tools to analyse the impact of different policies on the energy demand and supply sectors, as well as tools for macro-economic modelling. This toolset comprises the EU and global partial equilibrium models POTEnCIA and POLES including their corresponding databases (notably JRC-IDEES), and the global general equilibrium model JRC-GEM-E3. All these tools are able to provide model output in terms of CO2 emissions. The comprehensive modelling of climate change mitigation scenarios requires additional information as regards non-CO2 greenhouse gas emissions as well as on emissions and sinks related to land use, land use change and forestry offsets (LULUCF). Besides, climate action can have important co[1]benefits in terms of reduced emissions of air pollutants and of improved air quality. This Framework Contract aims at supporting the operation of the abovementioned set of models by providing the JRC with data, methods and results relevant for the analysis of non-CO2 greenhouse gas emissions, emissions of air pollutants (including air quality impacts), and LULUCFEvaluation of Swedish support to creating preconditions for safe and orderly returns to Syria

European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), CINEA - European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive AgencyBrusselsFrist: 01. Sept. The action aims to map European medium temperature industry, per Member State, including heat demand, temperature requirements, type of industry, and technology currently used to provide the heat. The action is expected to identify both available and emerging direct use-renewable heating technologies, including, when applicable, thermal energy storage systems, their potential to fulfil the heat demand for these industries, and the barriers for their deployment (including technical, regulatory, and financial issues). The action is also expected to produce a catalogue of best practices, highlighting examples per industry type and per temperature range of direct-use renewable heating demonstrators. Pathways for secondary uses of waste heats from these industries should also be covered in an integrated approach, where relevant.
