Wasserverband OleftalHellenthalDeadline: Sep 07Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Ultraschallwasserzählern (nachfolgend Zähler) mit integrierter Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) - Kommunikationseinheit und Datenverarbeitungssoftware. Die zu liefernden Zähler müssen für eine Nutzungsdauer von mindestens zwölf Jahren geeignet sein. Die Stichprobengarantie muss mindestens sechs Jahre betragen. Zudem muss die Eichgültigkeit mindestens sechs Jahre betragen. Für die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung der Eichfrist um sechs Jahre ist der Nachweis eines eingeleiteten oder laufenden Qualifikationsverfahrens erforderlich. Die Zähler müssen den Anforderungen der Richtlinie 2014/32/EU (MID-Zertifizierung oder gleichwertig) entsprechen und konformitätsbewertet sein. Darüber hinaus sind eine Schutzart von mindestens IP68, das Ultraschallmessprinzip mit hohem Messbereich (R 250 oder höher) und eine Over-the-Air-Update-Funktionalität zwingend erforderlich. Die Batterielebensdauer muss mindestens vierzehn Jahre betragen. Die Zähler müssen im Werkstoff "Composite" mit 40% Glasfaserverstärkung sowie im Werkstoff "bleifreies Messing <0,1% Blei" gemäß gültiger EU-Baumusterprüfbescheinigung verfügbar sein. Die Zähler müssen über einen Schutzdeckel verfügen, der per Laserbeschriftung mit individuellem Logo graviert werden kann.
