Tender description
The subject of this framework agreement is the implementation by the Water Services Corporation (WSC) of an extensive deployment of NB-IoT water meter transmitters across its infrastructure. This tender calls for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and network maintenance of a minimum of 15,000 units and up to a maximum of 20,000 units, to be deployed over a maximum period of three (3) years from the contract start date up to a possible extension of 1 year. The total contract price shall include installation and commissioning for a minimum of 200 interventions, up to a maximum of 1200 interventions which are to be carried out over the duration of the contract period.

The framework agreement also includes inspections of electrical installations in water and wastewater installations. The scope of the agreement may include both large and small assignments and projects. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three (3) tenderers.
