The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authorities, Drammen Municipality and Glitrevannverket, have access to electrical services for water and wastewater facilities. The framework agreement shall cover the need for electrical services for water and wastewater installations, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation services, alterations, documentation in the form of drawings and electronic documentation, declarations of conformity, programming of sensors and process equipment, and general work on low-voltage installations up to 1000 V. The framework agreement also includes inspections of electrical installations in water and wastewater installations. The scope of the agreement may include both large and small assignments and projects. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three (3) tenderers.
