Beschreibung: NLO laser with tuning range 680 nm to 1,300 nm + 1,045 nm for Carl Zeiss microscopes. Fully automated one-box femtosecond laser with a large and fully dispersion-compensated tuning range and second output with a fixed wavelength at 1,045 nm to enable the most demanding multiphoton imaging experiments, including tissue penetration up to 500 µm. Pulse widths less than 120 fs across the entire wavelength range. Ensuring the best signal intensity and signal-to-noise ratio, maximizing image brightness and enabling deeper tissue imaging with minimized risk of optical damage. Fixed wavelength output for a synchronized 1,045 nm beam for two-color imaging, CARS, and SRS experiments. Seamless wavelength adjustments at a speed of 50 nm/s. Fully computer-controlled and equipped with real-time optimization to ensure consistent output performance and reliability in everyday use. Regular maintenance should be performed on site to ensure maximum uptime. The system should consist of a laser head, the power supply unit with purge unit, an acoustically quiet chiller and the GUI software for computer control (computer not included). The control software for Windows operating systems should communicate via a USB port. Includes installation and on-site training, full system warranty for one year with no operating hour limit, with remote maintenance access and field service support. Includes re-installation at a second site of operation in Heilbronn, because the lab will move.   Laser specifications: • Tuning range: 680 nm to 1,300 nm • Output power: > 1.6 W at 800 nm > 2.0 W at 900 nm. > 1.8 W at 1,000 nm. > 1.6 W at 1,100 nm. > 1.4 W at 1,200 nm. > 1.0 W at 1,300 nm • Pulse duration: < 120 fs at 900 nm (typically < 95 fs) • Dual option: > 3.5 W at 1,045 nm; < 200 fs • Repetition rate: 80 MHz ± 0.5 MHz • Beam direction stability: < 350 µrad over the entire tuning range • Tuning speed: > 50 nm/s over the entire tuning range (non-linear) • Noise: < 0.5% rms (in the range from
