Das Vorhaben konzentriert sich auf einen regional verankerten Prozess. Vom Leistungserbringer erwartete Leistungen: - fachliche Anleitung zur Entwicklung des Gesamtprozesses und Begleitung bei der Umsetzung erster Schritte - Moderation von Arbeitsgruppenberatungen/Workshops - Einbeziehung vorhandener Strukturen und Kooperationsansätze - Initiierung von Teambildungsprozessen - Entwicklung und Erprobung geeigneter Veranstaltungsformate mit den beteiligten Netzwerken - bei Bedarf: Bereitstellung einer geeigneten digitalen Zusammenarbeitsplattform für die Dauer des Vorha-bens Ziel sollte es sein, am Ende des Vorhabens eine Strategie für oder sogar ein plurales Netzwerk von NGOs mit jährlichen mehreren Konferenzen/Teamrunden zu initiieren.
