10UCC-2025-28 Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commission, Calibration, and Validation of Integrated X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) System with Collocated Raman Spectroscopy Module for TNI, UCC
University College CorkCorkDeadline: Jul 16Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork (UCC) invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and validation of an integrated X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer (XPS) System with Collocated Raman Spectroscopy Module, comprising two primary components: (i) XPS Module: For chemical composition and electronic structure analysis of thin films (metal oxides and 2D materials) produced by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) facility within Europe’s first beyond-2 nm System-on-Chip (SoC) pilot line. (ii) Raman Spectroscopy Module: For structural, vibrational, and stress analysis of the same thin-film materials (metal oxides and 2D materials) from the atomic layer processing facility. This fully integrated system will provide essential complementary surface and bulk characterisation capabilities for next-generation ALD materials research within the pilot line facility.Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) hyperscanning system
Trinity College Dublin the University of Dublin_336DublinThis Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) hyperscanning system for Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience, Trinity College DublinCryogenic ion trap mass spectrometer for infrared laser spectroscopy for HFML-FELIX
Stichting Nederlandse Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek Instituten (NWO-I)AMSTERDAMThe HFML-FELIX institute houses an international user facility hosting a series of infrared free-electron lasers (FELs) that are available for experiments to both local and visiting (inter)national scientists. The lasers cover the infrared region from 2.8 – 150 µm with macropulse energies > 100 mJ (10 µs pulses @ 10 Hz). A major application of the FELs involves infrared ion spectroscopy, where vibrational spectra are obtained for the ionized molecules inside a mass spectrometer with the aim to elucidate their chemical structure. For this purpose, a high-resolution and high-sensitivity cryogenic ion trap mass spectrometer (MS) is required that will meet the diverse requirements of high sensitivity in analytical applications, high resolution in MS analysis, ion storage at cryogenic temperature leading to high spectral resolution in the IR spectra, and optical access to the ions in the cryogenic trap by the high pulse energies of the FELs. 1x Cryogenic ion trap mass spectrometerSupply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, and Validation of an Integrated Glove Box-Linked Dual Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Reactor System with Collocated Ellipsometer System for Tyndall, UCC
University College CorkCorkDeadline: Jul 24Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork (UCC) invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Validation of an integrated Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Glove Box, and Ellipsometer System, compromising four main components: (i) ALD Reactor 1: Designed for the deposition of 2D dichalcogenide materials, featuring process conditions and precursor delivery systems optimised for chalcogen-based chemistries. (ii) ALD reactor 2: Configured for the deposition of metal oxide films, designed for oxygen-rich precursor processes. (iii) Glove Box Module: Provides a controlled inert atmosphere that connects both ALD reactors, enabling contamination-free sample transfer and handling. (iv) Ellipsometer: Designed to operate both in-situ and ex-situ with each ALD reactor, allowing precise thin-film thickness and optical property characterisation for process monitoring, calibration, and validation. The system must be supplied and installed by the tenderer to ensure full system integration and operational compatibility for Tyndall National Institute. Together, this integrated system will form a key capability for atomic layer processing, supporting advanced thin-film deposition and real-time characterisation for next-generation materials research.Hard X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy System for Energy Materials Characterization
