Markteinschätzung, - der Identifizierung von strategischen Kooperationspartnern, - der Schärfung des Leistungsangebots des Vorhabens, - der Identifizierung von Projekten in Rohstofflieferketten, die für die deutsche und europäische Industrie relevant sind, und der Mobilisierung von privaten Projektpartnern, - der Projektentwicklung von einzelnen Flagship-Projekten in Partnerländern. Die Leistung ergänzt die operativen Aufgaben des Projektteams und ist als strategische Beratungsleistung angelegt.
