The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to engage a qualified contractor for the execution and completion of works involving the full replacement of the roof waterproofing system, followed by masonry repair works. The works shall be carried out at UNTSO Headquarters Building No.1 and No.3, in Armon Ha’Natziv, Jerusalem. A general plan of the area will be provided with the bid drawings once published. The project will be implemented in two lots: Lot 1 – Roof Waterproofing Works: Includes the complete replacement of the roof waterproofing systems for both Buildings No. 1 and No. 3, including removal of the existing system, surface preparation, and installation of a new waterproofing membrane to ensure long-term protection against water ingress. Lot 2 – Masonry and Mechanical Repair Works: Includes localized repair and restoration of deteriorated masonry and wall elements to enhance structural integrity and overall building durability, as well as the repair, maintenance, and replacement of defective or deteriorated mechanical components of the old heating system. Subject to the availability of funds, the works described under Lot 1 and Lot 2 may be implemented separately or concurrently. Accordingly, depending on the available funding, the project may be implemented for one lot only or for both lots. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: 1. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify contractors that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued. 2. UNTSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be invited to participate in the bidding process. Only contractors which in UN's sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their REOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents. 3. Companies interested to be invited to participate in the solicitation process are invited to submit their Expression of Interest and to send a copy of the following documents to the email: [email protected]: A. Brief relevant information about the company including the company's profile, capacity/capability and experience. B. Copy of a valid business/trading license. 4.
