Tender description
KTH needs to purchase epigenetics reagents for a part of its NGI’s mission as a state-of-the-art facility. This facilities aim is making novel techniques available to the research community. Thus, we offer Hi-C methods and other epigenetic analyses to our users, which allow us to generate chromosome-level genome assemblies or to determine large genetic structural variation by capturing the spatial conformation of genomes.

10Procurement of AMR Reagents and Equipment
FAONigerDeadline: Sep 10The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of AMR Reagents and Equipment to be delivered to xxxxxxx . If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid. OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL. OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED. Many thanks and best regards, FAO PROCUREMENT SERVICESupply of a Vega HiFi Long-Read Sequencing System, Associated Reagents, Consumables and Maintenance for Galway Reference Laboratory Services
Health Service Executive (HSE)KildareHSE Procurement intends to enter into a six-year arrangement with Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (PacBio) for the supply of one Vega HiFi long-read sequencing system, together with associated sequencing consumables, library preparation reagents, indexing reagents, maintenance and delivery, for use by Galway Reference Laboratory Services (GRLS). GRLS provides national reference laboratory services supporting human clinical laboratories in Ireland in relation to Salmonella, Shigella, Listeria monocytogenes and Carbapenemase Producing Enterobacterales (CPE), as well as supporting the investigation of other Carbapenemase Producing Organisms and antimicrobial-resistant organisms associated with suspected outbreaks. The requirement is to provide highly accurate native long-read sequencing capability to enhance the detection, characterisation and tracking of mobile genetic elements, including plasmids carrying antimicrobial resistance genes. Existing short-read sequencing is limited in its ability to generate complete sequences of these mobile genetic elements and to determine transmission where resistance genes move between different bacterial strains and species. To fulfil this operational requirement, the sequencing system must provide long sequencing reads while maintaining the high sequence accuracy required for national reference and outbreak investigation functions. In particular, GRLS requires greater than 90% of bases to achieve a quality score of Q30 or greater. The sequencing output must also integrate with the laboratory's existing bioinformatics analysis workflow and facilitate plasmid characterisation and clustering. Alternative long-read sequencing technology was considered. Oxford Nanopore technology was assessed but does not currently satisfy the laboratory's required raw-read accuracy, reporting raw-read accuracy of Q26 compared with the GRLS requirement for greater than 90% of bases at Q30 or greater. PacBio HiFi sequencing provides long reads with typical read accuracy of 99.9% and therefore satisfies the required combination of long-read capability and sequence accuracy. The Vega system also provides primary analysis on-instrument, including base calling, HiFi read generation, methylation calling, barcode demultiplexing and BAM file generation. Pacific Biosciences is the sole provider of its proprietary Single Molecule Real-Time (SMRT®) sequencing technology and the sole manufacturer of the Vega sequencing system. The associated sequencing consumables, library preparation reagents and indexing reagents required for the proposed sequencing workflow are proprietary to PacBio. Having considered alternative long-read sequencing technology, HSE Procurement considers that no reasonable alternative or substitute currently meets the identified technical requirements and that competition is therefore absent for technical reasons. HSE Procurement intends to award the contract to Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. in accordance with Article 32(2)(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU. HSE Procurement undertakes that no contract shall be awarded to Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. for the supply of these items until a period of fourteen days has elapsed, commencing on the day after the date of publication of this notice at European level.2026/450 Procurement of assorted laboratory Reagents

Justis- og beredskapsdepartementetOSLODeadline: Oct 07The Ministry of Justice and Emergency Services shall enter into a framework agreement for various types of analysis services connected to knowledge acquisition in the Ministry ́s areas of responsibility. The Ministry particularly needs expertise on quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluations, as well as the production of knowledge synthesisers. It will also be an advantage with competence in Norwegian government administration, as well as the area of justice and stand-by. The ministry is planning for a 2 year framework agreement with an option for a further 2 years and a flexible level of the contract ́s extent will be set, based on the Ministry ́s analysis need each year. There is a broad thematic breadth in JD ́s areas of responsibility and, thus, this framework agreement. Several tenderers can join forces to submit a tender. Alternatively, tenderers can document access to other competence environments. The Ministry is open to feedback on the attached documents, a draft of the tender documentation and annexes to SSA-R. SSA-R is used as a contract template. The ministry is planning a digital information meeting after the announcement has been sent out to answer any questions. Further information on the meeting, including a link, will be in the competition notice. See the attached document 'Intention Notice' to see the schedule.REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: SPRI Beads
HUS-yhtymäVantaaDeadline: Sep 18With this request for information, HUS launches a market consultation to prepare a procurement. The aim of this prior information notice is to find suppliers operating in this field of business, get information of the solutions available in the market, and inform our plans and requirements for the forthcoming procurement. HUS Laboratory of Genetics at HUS (Helsinki University Hospital) Diagnostic Center is a SFS-EN ISO 15189:2022 accredited laboratory providing diagnostic and follow-up genetic testing services to all patients at Helsinki University Hospital area. The requested product is expected to be a DNA size selection reagent based on paramagnetic beads suitable for next generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation. It should utilize SPRI technology (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) for selective binding and purification of DNA fragments and enable the purification of sequencing libraries using magnetic separation. The estimated annual consumption of the reagent is approximately 2 litres. This estimate is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to purchase any specific quantity. Intended Use: The intended use of the product is preparation and purification of NGS libraries compatible with Illumina and Ion Torrent sequencing instruments. Requirements: HUS is interested in products meeting the following requirements related to NGS workflows: 1. The reagent should enable efficient purification of NGS libraries within 150–1000 bp range. 2. The reagent should be compatible with the following NGS library preparation methods: - Ion AmpliSeq Library Kit 2.0 or newer - Ion AmpliSeq HD Library Kit - FusionPlex Reagents for Ion Torrent - Watchmaker DNA Library Prep with Fragmentation - Watchmaker RNA Library Prep Kit with Polaris Depletion 3. The magnetic separation should be efficient, allowing the separation of the beads and supernatant 2 minutes after placing onto the magnetic rack. 4. The reagent should be suitable for both manual and automated NGS workflows. 5. It should efficiently remove smaller DNA fragments, e.g. free adapters and adapter dimers, producing high-quality sequencing libraries as evaluated by fragment analysis and NGS quality metrics. 6. Library purification and yield should be highly repeatable across replicates and reagent lots. The Laboratory of Genetics will assess the performance of each lot. 7. The reagent’s performance should be in line with the SPRI beads currently in use in the laboratory. 8. HUS is interested in package sizes between 50 and 200 ml. 9.
