The glovebox which will be capable of processing lithium-based battery materials and will integrate materials deposition capability utilizing RF sputtering and evaporation for synthesis and multi-parametric test of liquid, polymer and solid-state systems for energy devices. The equipment will be used for liquid, polymer and all solid-state stacks of energy devices to be fabricated with the interface control giving enhanced energy and power density and device lifetimes. In particular, the RF sputter tool will enable true solid state electrolyte deposition. This integrated research tool will enable analysis of the key role of the interface in the achievement of next generation active materials and electrolyte interactions. The integrated deposition tools will be capable of sequential layer deposition. Compatibility with and ability to process potential future batteries based on more sustainable materials such as sodium and iron will also require such a capability. The deposition suite will also permit advances focussed on integrated magnetic devices including CoFe and CoFeN alloys materials and multilayer films. The integrated system will include ALD processing capability of the Plasma enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Tool (Lot 2) as interface engineering and control are key to the development of the tailored energy materials for electrode and electrolyte enhancement in batteries, supercapacitors and PV devicesPacBio Revio System
Aalborg UniversitetAalborg ØstWe require an instrument that can: * sequence regions of the genome that cannot be adequately covered using short-read sequencing technologies; * generate long reads of up to 25,999 bases with an error rate of less than 1% for individual molecules and an average error rate of less than 0.1% across the entire dataset; * provide direct information on DNA methylation without the need for bisulfite conversion or other enzymatic manipulations. These requirements are essential for whole human genome sequencing with a data quality that enables reliable detection og single-base variants, structural variants, and difficult-to-sequence genomic regions, such as those containing pseudogenes or repetitive sequences, while simultaneously providing haplotype phasing information and DNA methylation status. Raw data should be compatible with data from out existing Long-Read sequencer (PacBio Revio® system) enabling the use of our existing bioinformatic pipelines, and the instrument should be able to serve as a seamless back-up. Design should also contain work space (area for breeding and handling fish) and small ante room. The systems should include 10-13 aquarium racks with re-circulating life-support systems and monitoring of critical environmental parameters. The systems should consist of larger unit(s) for nursing zebrafish larva and housing of adult zebrafish (8-10 racks), and smaller independent stand-alone unit(s) consisting of 2-3 racks. The tender should include sufficient amount of diverse tanks and auxiliary equipment for normal operation (nets, turnover of tanks during washing, tanks for rearing larva and juvenile fish, smaller and larger tanks for housing individual and cohorts of adult zebrafish and breeding tanks). Optional equipment such as automatic feeding robot, tank washer or systems for food production (hatching of artemia nauplii) could be included in the tender. A premise (room) suitable for the installation has been designated (see information below). Following the design, the room housing the system will fitted by the contracting unit if so required (University of Turku) according to requirements of the design.
