Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung von qualifiziertem Personal durch geeignete freie Träger der Jugendhilfe im Rahmen von Dienstleistungsverträgen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt insbesondere: - Gewinnung, Auswahl und Einstellung des Personals, - Personaladministration und Entgeltabrechnung, - fachliche Begleitung, Anleitung und Supervision, - Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Leistungserbringung (inkl. Vertretungsregelungen). Eine arbeitsrechtliche Beziehung zwischen der Schulträgerin und dem eingesetzten Personal wird nicht begründet. Gesundheitsfachkraft Kostengrenze pro Schuljahr: ca. 47.900 netto / 57.000,- € brutto ca. 20 Wochenstunden an bis zu 5 Arbeitstagen Einsatzstunden am Vormittag zwischen 08:00 und 12:00 Uhr Näheres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
